The food and overall service were good, but I was disappointed by how one staff member treated an elderly gentleman. He politely asked for help with the washroom door twice because it wasn’t opening, and she responded very rudely. He was respectful and simply asking for help. This kind of behavior toward a customer was unnecessary and unprofessional. 10 am 23 sep
I just ordered a everything bagel and cappuccino coffee with double sweetener but the girl who made my coffee she didn’t add sweetener and i got coffee without sweetner when i tasted my really got upset in this early morning. No doubt the bagel was very tasty . Please i request you make order as customer give to you .
