This was at Dundas & West Street. There was a massive line up in the drive thru and 2 ppl in line Inside. When it was my turn, I ordered 1 med coffee with a cream and sweetener.There was one guy, really big guy serving and hat off to him he was trying really hard.From the time I ordered the coffee till the time I actually got it was 16 minutes.For those standing at the counter.
