“We drove from Hamilton to try this restaurant after reading online about this family run Italian Ristorante. We posed some challenges as we are all vegetarians but Patty and her staff accommodated our dietary restraints superbly. Pastas and salads were made with fresh ingredients. Service was attentive and excellent. We were completely satisfied and will return again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.“
“Second time visiting this location with my dad. The potato pizza with the honey hot sauce is to die for. Ready made food also looked good but we keep going back for that potato pizza. Very enjoyable and filling. Keep up the good work people.“
“I'm giving it five stars even though I sent back my calamari, because the rest of the food was perfect and the service was great! Replaced it with an excellent Caesar salad without any fuss. My Buffalo chicken pizza was great, and it came with the best blue cheese dip I've ever had.“
“I went out to East Side Mario’s today, I was having a rough day until I walked in the front doors and saw the beautiful face of the server Katana. She welcomed me with a smile and open arms, as she sat me down at the booth I felt at home being there, she took my drink order (virgin strawberry daiquiri). Her service was the best Ive ever had well being at East Side Mario’s, she brought out my burger and fries it was so delicious and warm. I had asked who the chef was that made it, she had told me it was chef Shawna. Everyone that works at this beautiful restaurant are so welcoming and hard workers they never stop running around.“
“First off, if you have no personality, are wound tight and are a bit of a social robot and are unable to engage with someone else who has a strong personality themselves, then your 1 star reviews about the owner say more about you than they do about him. He was fun, bombastic, humorous and very confident/proud of his restaurant and his two sons (both chefs there). And that's more than OK in this increasingly boring world. If you go there, just roll with it and go in knowing he will be entertaining for sure if you are not a bore yourself. :)We had an excellent meal from beginning to end and though it's fine dining per se, it's got a bit of a casual/homey feel to the place. Our first time and it definitely won't be our last. The appies were outstanding. A warm pear salad for my wife and beef carpaccio for me. 10 out of 10 on the appies.Our entrees were also excellent with a veal dish for me (name escapes for me, but rolled and stuffed), and Chicken Parm for my wife that was made with thighs rather than breasts - likely a personal preference, but I/she would have preferred the breast route. 8 out of 10 on the entrees.Desserts and wines were also excellent. 8 or 9 out of 10 there.Michael, one of the sons, doubles as a server and is very nice, polite and obviously passionate about the food that comes out of their kitchen. “Placed a mobile order. Plenty of parking since its in a strip plaza. Food was ready in time. Instructions were followed as requested by staff.Food was okay. However my concern is the staff member. As soon as he saw me near the counter he inquired with simple question which is “take out?”. Then he headed back to check on my order as soon as I said yes. When he handed over my order, I said thank you. He didn’t reply. Just went to attend next customer. I requested for two paper plates, he replied “they don’t have it” And continued with the customer he was taking order from. No apology or attempt to accommodate the customer. I felt that he needs to be retrained for customer service.For the franchise right holder of this location, please kindly ensure you have sufficient supply of items if you are operating a business in service industry.Vegetarian options: Plenty toppings to choose.“
