“The Tri City Food Ninjas stopped in to Rustico tonight. We were a group of 46. Where do I start? The food: The food is incredible. ESPECIALLY the Arancini. Unfortunately I dove face first into my pizza before remembering to take a photo. The homemade Caesar dressing is also something quite special. The service: Staff was so attentive and on their game. They had us full of drinks, appetizers, mains, and dessert (in a lot of cases) in under two hours. We have some older members, some who work midnights and such, and the timing really meant a lot to them. We have had exceptional service in the past but the organization of this small kitchen and the serving staff is impressive! Everyone under that roof tonight showed so much pride in what they were doing. We will be talking about this stop for quite some time. Thank you for having us!“

“It was a very funny experience. I’ll start with Steve, out server: he understood my order even if it was out of the menu and I was inventing it in the moment. Food was great and the price is fair.
Atmosphere is typical of a diner. We really enjoyed a lot our time.

Could use a few more choices for Canadian wines by the glass. Lasagna was amazing and the shrimp leek rigatoni had good flavour but could use a touch more sauce. We will be returning!“

Not too saucy, fresh and quality ingredients, and one of the best crusts I've ever had. Its so crispy and tasty, I would legit order just a cooked dough and I bet it would be really good.“

The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and easily the highlight of the meal. I chose the fries, and while they had good flavor, they were a bit too oily for my preference. The cinnamon rolls were decent and made for a nice dessert, although they were quite sweet. I also appreciated the thoughtful messages the server wrote on the box. That personal touch made the experience feel more welcoming and memorable. The wait time was a bit long, but it was worth the wait for fresh pizza.“

“I ordered my Pizza Hut Box and arrived at the exact pickup time shown in the app. However, the girl with glasses at the front informed me that it would take another 15 minutes, which was disappointing.

I asked if there was any discount for the delay, but she politely explained that she couldn’t offer one. Instead, she gave me a free dip and sincerely apologized for the wait. When I returned after 15 minutes, my order was ready as promised, and she handed me the free dip. I appreciated her friendly attitude and the way she handled the situation.

The customer service was good, but Pizza Hut should schedule more staff on busy days. If you know it’s going to be busy, customers shouldn’t have to wait beyond the promised pickup time.“
