“The Tri City Food Ninjas stopped in to Rustico tonight. We were a group of 46. Where do I start? The food: The food is incredible. ESPECIALLY the Arancini. Unfortunately I dove face first into my pizza before remembering to take a photo. The homemade Caesar dressing is also something quite special. The service: Staff was so attentive and on their game. They had us full of drinks, appetizers, mains, and dessert (in a lot of cases) in under two hours. We have some older members, some who work midnights and such, and the timing really meant a lot to them. We have had exceptional service in the past but the organization of this small kitchen and the serving staff is impressive! Everyone under that roof tonight showed so much pride in what they were doing. We will be talking about this stop for quite some time. Thank you for having us!“

“We visited on a Tuesday evening and there were plenty of tables after 7pm, it was about half full. Maybe that affected the atmosphere a little, a bit quiet. Nevertheless it is a nice environment and the staff were friendly and attentive. They made good suggestions about the specials, the wine and were there when we needed them.
I had not been at Casa Rugantino for a few years and I found the food to be well presented and tasty! The special was muffaletta pasta with Arctic Char on top.

“Pizza is flawless and the service is great. Delivery driver was prompt and polite. Overall I recommend anyone who loves pizza to come here.

My only issue is the website. If you’re like me and don’t like the parmesan-oregano seasoning on the Big New Yorker, you have to call the customer service number to request they remove it because there is no option to request it on the website. My suggestion is have the website show all toppings so we can decide exactly how we want it without having to go through the hassle of calling customer service after we place our order.“

Revant really showed excellent customer service by providing the extended support of discount after verifying the details of the membership. Really impressed. Will visit again. I love their wings combo and also their pizzas. Only drawback is they don’t have any place to sit and eat!! Also, please provide oregano seasoning as well.
