“I was waiting in the parking lot and while waiting I observed a man (owner mb) bring pizza out from the restaurant to a car with an elderly couple in it. They were surprised, it was a really nice gesture. As I waited I'd hear laughter and smell the food and I got a real sense of "family restaurant" so I decided to order.... all I can say is "WOW" the pizza was fresh, hot, perfectly cooked, sauced and topped! It was for me hands down the best pizza I have ever eaten! I wish I knew about Magic Pizza sooner! Thank you!“

My only issue is the website. If you’re like me and don’t like the parmesan-oregano seasoning on the Big New Yorker, you have to call the customer service number to request they remove it because there is no option to request it on the website. My suggestion is have the website show all toppings so we can decide exactly how we want it without having to go through the hassle of calling customer service after we place our order.“

“I'm a big fan of Pyramid Pizza. I used to order all the time in Elmira, glad there is one near me in Kitchener. Recently ordered 2lbs of wings and spring rolls. I love the breaded wings and they don't skimp on the sauce. The medium sauce this last time tasted more like vinegar than usual. Honey garlic was great as usual. Spring rolls seemed smaller than before, but they are always crunchy and taste great. Delivery was quick and the food was nice and hot!“

This has become our go to pizza place in south west Kitchener. Note that this is mostly a take out restaurant, so don't expect to find much seating.

Staff was very friendly! Meal took a while to cook but not too long. Very tasty, larger than expected proportions. Presentation should be better however. Main menu was full of deals rather than a clear list of items. My table was chipped and my chair was rather woobley.

Don’t get me wrong, food was great, but Idd only recommend for take-out, not eating in.“
