This is a mom & pop shop.They keep it simple, but food is delicious and fresh. Chicken pieces are plump and tasty. This is not assembly line or frozen so it takes longer to cook. The husband and wife are always smiling always friendly. They have to put up with a lot of characters in the downtown area and even still, they treat every one of them like a valued customer! Best pizza place in kitchener waterloo hands down. The wedges are to die for. We always get pizza, wings and wedges! 10 out of 10! Customer service is the best too! Love your favorite customer 119!

20/10 experience today. went in to order a medium with my friend and fiancé and the person working behind the counter was extremely kind. brought our pizza to our table and said "i made this special for my very special customers"
