“Time of order 4:15 / cashier n / First time eating at a Pizza Nova. Large 3 topping thin crust pizza and 2 pounds of wings BBQ and Medium. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My wife picked this up and drove 5 minutes back and food was still very hot. Amazing crust, fresh toppings, great quality wings, and most important, not at all salty and we did not feel bloated afterwards. We have been searching for a decent pizza place now for a long time. I have ordered delivery many times and also stopped by to pick up food myself, and every time I was very satisfied! The pizza is absolutely delicious, the ingredients are always fresh, and the quality is consistently great. You can really tell that everything is made with care.

“I'm very confused by all of the negative comments about this location. We have been ordering from here for about 7 years and have never received a bad order. Always fresh and delicious food. I ordered an xl with double cheese and pepperoni once and the driver came with 2 xl pizzas explaining that they forgot the extra cheese on the first one, made another correctly and sent both at no extra charge. Always polite and great customer service from staff at the store and the drivers.“

Once I arrived the person at the counter was upset we did not give more notice for a order that size. Why offer the times if the store gets frustrated to the point of embarrassing the customer in front of everyone?“

“There is a new owner. His name is Kumal. And he is wonderful. We had an error with a large order for a party and the front desk worker said we could have 50% off. I was happy with that, but the owner called US back to insist he make it right and refund us. While speaking with the owner weeks later he stated that they had purchased a new oven because he had a few other complaints as well. That is a HUGE investment to ensure customer satisfaction. We order there almost weekly and we have been repeatedly impressed with their customer service and quality. Check them out and give them a try! You won’t regret it!“

“Vito’s pizza, is the best pizza I’ve ever had! The first time I was here was a year ago in August. Was right beside the hotel we stayed at and it just smelted so good we had to try it. We had the meat lovers and oh my gosh it was sooooo delicious! So delicious I drove back a week ago from Napanee to Elora just to have some with my parents and siblings! I will for sure be back.“

“Fantastic! Pizza was cooked to perfection. Now, my go-to spot to order pizza. Delicious from the dough to the sauce and cheese and toppings. Not only that, but it is an inviting, clean atmosphere that greets you like a warm hug. Excellent customer service on top of that! The manager is kind and insanely friendly. Most definitely will be a regular here. If I could offer you one piece of advice it would be to go to Twice The Deal Pizza and give it a try! 100% would recommend“

“The Pizza is one of the best around the area, Panzerotti is awesome, fresh ingredients sauce on point. However the Lasagna needs a little fine tuning (I'm just picky when it comes to Lasagna) but it works and for the price even better. I would say overall this is a fine Pizza place“
