“Really good pizza – I especially enjoy the meateater, and the price is reasonable. Staff is friendly too.

My only complaint is that I enjoy getting just two slices and pop (which they do advertise on their window) but this isn't always available. One time when they didn't have any readily available, the employee told me a pizza would be fresh out in a few so I could wait and buy two slices from that, which was great. However, last time, I was simply told there's no slices, and that was it. It's a bit strange to not be able to get an advertised item.“

“We just stopped here for snacks and pizza and had a great experience! Pizza took less than 10 minutes. We sat outside on a little patio with cushioned chairs. The kind cashier came out and turned on the patio umbrella lights as well as a speaker with lovely background music. I would never have expected this at a Pizza Pizza sharing a space with a gas station!“

“Alright. Let me tell you about the best customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered a pizza, half cheese and half ham. I waited about 20 minutes or so and while I was wondering why, I didn't ask. I didn't complain. I didn't display any negative energy. Finally, my pizza comes out..with a second pizza. The nice lady explained they accidentally made the first one wrong and so I could have the second one too. I was naturally very happy but to make it even better - they also gave me a coupon for a free large pizza for next time! These kind souls did this out of nothing more than having a pure heart. Also, the pizzas were delicious! 11/10 would absolutely recommend.“

“For what you get for the price this place is fantastic. I've been here three times now and quality has been consistent. At Pizza Depot I'm able to get 2 large pizzas with over 6 toppings for less than $40. And the pizza is pretty decent tasting too and offers plant based pepperoni and select Indian-style toppings. It's the best price-quality balance I've seen these days from pizza stores around K-W. The service is pretty standard, nothing outstanding here and there's a little bit of seating inside similar to most other take-out joints.

My only gripe is that when you order online they offer an "easy on cheese" and I selected that on my most recent order but there was the same amount of cheese as a regular order. Again can't fault them for not being consistent but it would be nice to actually have an "easy on cheese" option. They did however provide well-done pizza as specified which was nice.

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie toppings to choose from including plant-based pepperoni.

Parking: Strip plaza parking lot.

“This is my go to. I imagine it as "my pizza shop". Like in the movies. The guy working there is great. Happy, restrained, inviting. The price is great too. One medium pizza is easily enough for two, for $8. 10min wait.

I would recommend for a feel-good meal, a date, or anything else.

“My initial experience with this business was that it was just another pizza joint. However, yesterday’s experience changed that. I had ordered two pizzas, one of which was undercooked. I took back that pizza for it to be replaced with one that was cooked all the way through. The young lady at the counter was very polite and apologetic. What’s more is the freshly cooked pizza was ready right away and was perfectly prepared. Great service recovery. The last thing a dissatisfied customer wants to hear is an argument. “I'm very confused by all of the negative comments about this location. We have been ordering from here for about 7 years and have never received a bad order. Always fresh and delicious food. I ordered an xl with double cheese and pepperoni once and the driver came with 2 xl pizzas explaining that they forgot the extra cheese on the first one, made another correctly and sent both at no extra charge. Always polite and great customer service from staff at the store and the drivers.“
