“East Side Mario’s? Cancel the franchise agreements. Tear down the neon signage. As of tonight, the establishment is officially North End Kim’s, and I will personally battle (kind words only) anyone in the corporate office who says otherwise. Mario has been coasting on his laurels for decades; Kim (our waitress) is the true, undisputed monarch of casual dining.
I ordered the tomato soup and the cheese cappelletti. What Kim delivered was a liquid baptism and a bowl of ricotta-filled miracles. When she set the soup down, it didn’t just steam, I think it fixed my lower back pain maybe and I felt more comfortable admitting that maybe the grudges I’ve been holding in my life just aren’t worth it. It’s not just endless bread when Kim is your server, it’s the beginning of peace, but also so much bread. I felt comfortable eating fast because I knew that if I started choking she would save me, FOR SURE, that’s just the vibe she gives. Could that weird singing delivery robot do that? No way… it doesn’t have any Heimlich delivering attachments…. Not yet at least.

Is she there when you need her? Instantly. Is she hovering too often? Never. I know that makes it seem like maybe she is a service poltergeist who appears and disappears but she’s just the kindest and nicest waitress who offered me a refill of Diet Pepsi even though it was so close to bedtime.

So would I go back? Yes. For two reasons, 1) it was a pleasant experience thanks to Kim specifically but also the cooks and 2) to make sure that they know that those weird singing delivery robots are no match for Kim’s kind, prompt service and they will never save my life. Ever.

Thanks Kim!“

“Great staff who work very hard to meet customers expectations“

“I had a great experience at Pizza Pizza in Paris. The pizza was fresh and very tasty. The staff were polite and provided quick service. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I am very satisfied with the food and service, and I would definitely recommend this location.“

“Great spot! thanks for supporting local baseball teams!“

“This wonderful experience started with Ed’s warm welcome as soon as we entered. His passion for cooking is reflected in his attentive and energetic preparation of incredible and creative waffles. The choice on the menu is great, and definitely beckons for repeat visits. As much as we enjoyed the excellent food, we also loved chatting with Ed and learning more about the passion and vision for offering innovative and delicious waffles! Highly recommended!!!!“

“Amazing service with a large order tonight. Driver was so courteous and kind. Always our go to!!!“

“I have been going to this Maria’s location for quite a while and I have never had a bad Pizza or bad service. The quality of the food is always excellent and the service has always been fantastic, The staff are always attentive and polite, not an easy task when you’re super busy and a bit stressed. I find it amazing that no matter how busy this location can get my order has always been correctly made and ready for pick up in the time window provided. Keep up the amazing job that you all do it is greatly appreciated by the vast majority of your customers. We all know and appreciate how hard the staff work to fulfill our orders.“

“Meh. Theres better pizza out there. And the young ppl that work there are very snooty. That's the only reason for the low rating.

I thought I’d try them again. Not bad. I wish they didn’t delete all my points.
Had to start again. Ughh“

“Very friendly service and great food“

“love the pizza here, love the shawarma! the people are amazing. everything is always fresh and i couldn’t recommend it enough! definitely a great place and all the prices are reasonable. i would definitely support this family business“

“We made the trek to Paris last night as family to celebrate a birthday. Little did we know some restaurants were closed due to the weather. Capeesh was open! And took all 12 of us in for dinner! The service (Leah was our server) was amazing! She went above and beyond! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was superb! It's a quaint and cozy restaurant nestled in downtown Paris. Highly recommend Capeesh!! Can't say enough good things about it! 10/10 recommend!“

“Tried the Chicken Shawarma and the Mexican specialty pizzas yesterday. Very tasty! Good pizza and good serviced shop. I ordered Walkin Special large three toppings of p, m & g/o. If you want more pizza sauce they are happy to oblige. Well done pizza crust upon request to boot! Comparable to Luca Pizza Dixie Rd. Mississauga imho.“

“Fast delivery of hot pizza. Super friendly delivery driver. Hanover, ON“

“Paris Tito’s location has honestly some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The new girl working tonight was amazing—she did everything perfectly and made our pizza exactly how we wanted it. Highly recommend! Their panzerotti’s are also very popular.“

“I placed an online order for delivery, the regular pizza and wings were good according to my husband and son. I was also ordering 2 vegan pizzas and was advised when I was checking out that I needed to remove the vegan pizzas from the cart as it was not avaliable for delivery!!
Not sure why that would be so I ordered the vegan pizzas from another pizza place as I was not in the mood to go a pick up the vegan pizza.
I was disappointed for sure, I would like to know why the vegan pizza could not be delivered with the regular pizzas??
Pizza is good but I find they are a bit light on the toppings they put on the pizza though. Taste is good!“

“It would be good if workers started working in disposable gloves. I ask the administrator to pay attention to this, because it is not hygienic, and because of this I often do not want to buy pizza here. But in general, the pizza margarita here is delicious“

“Gino's is a gem! The staff is incredibly polite, and they serve up fantastic pizza lightning-fast without sacrificing quality. It feels like being part of their Gino’s family. Plus, the prices are amazingly affordable. Gino's is my go-to place for delicious pizza!“

“I’ve been living in Paris for 4 years and somehow never knew this place existed! We tried the BBQ chicken pizza, and the lady working there suggested the chicken Caesar pizza—so glad we went with her recommendation. Both were honestly amazing. 10/10 for the food and such great, friendly service. Definitely a must-try!“

“Pizza Roma is still the best place in Brantford to get Pizza and salad and wings for a decent price. When they say lg they mean large. They havent succumbed to shrinkflation. When I want an excellent Ceasar salad with great tasting ceasar dressing I call them. Their cheese n garlic bread fingers are not skimpy. The wings are also excellent. The hot sauce is just right. Very tasty food. Very satisfying. I like supporting Brantfords home grown Pizza place.“

“Best pizza store in brantford , offers different varieties of pizza and special combos as per ur liking . My go to place in brantford for pizza’s and wings are a must try at this location.Highly recommended to everyone out in the city . The staff and owners here are very nice and friendly.“

“Best pizza I've had in Brantford. Nuff said :-)“

“Good service, the lunch special for $15 was a great deal with entrée, side and drink. The restaurant was quite empty for lunch. The service was fast, and the food was very good (hot chicken sandwich with Caesar salad). I brought a client and it was a good volume to talk. TVs were on in the dining room and bar showing sports highlights. Looked to be a good place to watch sports, especially in the bar.“

“I am so impressed with the hot wings here! I have never had better. They are ginormous and so saucy. Two happy customers here. Meatsauce pizza is on speed dial! Thanks!“

“We ordered their Superbowl deal which was honestly the best deal in town! 2 large pizzas 4 toppings each, 3lbs of wings and 4 cokes for 55. We have so much left overs! We pre-ordered ahead of time and our order was ready for when we arrived 5 minutes early even. Food was hot and delicious. Glad we found out about their deal! Thank you Strombolis 🥰“
