“The Cherry House never disappoints. Michael and his team deliver impeccable service in an elegant yet comfortable setting—fine dining without the pretense. We started with a crisp Caesar salad (the only one I've ever had that I can say compete with my father's - even Dad agreed) and a beautifully balanced Caprese salad with the freshest basil, both savoury and well-executed. Even the bread and butter were exceptionally phenomenal—a simple yet telling detail of the kitchen’s commitment to quality. For mains, the halibut was perfectly tender, the rack of lamb with scallops rich and flavourful, and the filet mignon flawlessly cooked with a peppercorn sauce that was absolute perfection. Each dish showcased precision and top-quality ingredients, all complemented by a bold, complex 2013 Brunello Monticiano. A silky crème brûlée and expertly crafted Spanish coffees was the ultimate indulgence to finish this exceptional meal. “One of the best pizza spots in the area if you like authentic wood fired pizza. Since we discovered this place a little over a year ago it has been our go to pizza spot. Their calamari is also really well done, light batter with hint of salt and cooked peefect, not rubbery and melts in your mouth. We usually get a couple pizzas a Marg and one other from the menu and that along with calamari feeds our family of 4. Service has also been great every time. This place should be busier than it is for the quality food and service. We had our sons's 18th birthday there today with some family and it was awesome as usual and they even threw in a little birthday desert for him. Thank you CIMA and we’ll see you for a pizza night again soon.“
