“Had a great meal being served by Marta this evening. Was my first time in. We shared the spicy Mozza, and polenta fries as an appy which were both so good. Flavours so nice in the cheese and the focaccia was perfectly cooked. He then had the carbonara and I had the San Marzano, both again were beautiful. Finished off with trying some ports. Marta was there for us for the whole dinner right when we needed her. Cooks killed it.“

I had the French onion soup and beet and goat cheese salad, both absolutely delicious! My husband had the ribeye with potatoes and loved every bite.

Our waitress, Carrie, was wonderful! She was warm, personable, and attentive, and recommended a fantastic wine that paired perfectly with our meal.

From the moment we walked in, the decor and ambiance immediately whisk you away times gone by and the moody lighting , different levels and unexpected twists and turns of the layout create a sense of mystery and intrigue. The service was pleasant, not at the level that the sense of place demanded . The food was good without being exceptional. That was an intriguing little private room that can be booked for meetings, and the large cupboard area at the back, which could easily be transformed into a wedding reception area or corporate event. “Good but expensive. Like airport latte prices. Thats the only place ive paid over $8 for a coffee. Once you tip you might as well have bought lunch. But I'll say this expresso is like rocket fuel. Very similar affect to coffee ive had in the Dominican Republic. If you need to lock in or be up for 2 days this is for you. 😮‍💨“
