We returned to ESM Guelph Line after a very bad experience with previous visit visit/server.
Kim & Debbie restored our faith in the service we received.
They were very focused on the quality of food and customer experience. Because of them we will return to ESM Guelph line.

This was our 3rd anniversary. We walked into the restaurant at 7:30pm and saw only 4 tables seated. A hostess walked up to the front, noticed us, and said “oh, just hold on a minute” and walked away. She came back a minute later and asked how many of us (just two). “Let me just make sure the table is clean.” What about all the empty tables around everyone else that are already clear?
