“WOW! Hand made desserts, goodies, bread and buns. There’s quite literally a sweet treat for every palate. I purchased some fresh whole wheat buns (hard to find anywhere else!!). And then I saw the scones..and there were no cheese ones out, so I asked the staff if they had any, and it turned out they had a batch in the oven! 5 minutes later I left with hot scones.

Cannot get any fresher than this. 10/10 recommend.

Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They also make some beautiful cakes for all occasions and I’ll definitely be purchasing my birthday cake from here!!“

“The Tim Hortons at Burloak is one of those places that makes you appreciate the consistency and friendliness the brand is known for. The baristas here are always pleasant and welcoming, no matter how busy it gets. They greet customers with genuine smiles and maintain a calm, professional attitude even during the morning rush. It is clear that they take pride in their work, and that shows in the quality of the beverages they prepare.

The drinks are consistently good. Whether it is a freshly brewed coffee, steeped tea, or a specialty latte, everything tastes balanced and well made. I particularly like how they always prepare tea and coffee fresh, rather than serving something that has been sitting out for too long. You can taste the difference, and I have never once felt unsatisfied with a drink here. It makes this location a reliable stop when you need a quick pick-me-up.

Weekends can be hectic, especially in the morning when people stop in after errands or on their way to work. The line sometimes stretches, but the service remains efficient. There is ample seating if you prefer to wait it out and enjoy your drink inside. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the interior is kept neat and tidy. The bathrooms are consistently clean, which adds to the overall comfort of the visit.

As for the food, my experience has been less impressive. The few times we tried the sandwiches or baked goods, they did not feel as fresh as the drinks. It was not terrible, but certainly below the standard set by their beverages. Because of that, I mostly stick to coffee and tea during our visits. Overall, this location is great for drinks, friendly service, and a comfortable break during a walk.“

“I came and got 5 x take 12's and normally you would think the staff would be upset or irritated by all the work. Luckily, I came and dealt with Sarah, Ash and Komal who were perfect example of the professionalism that any Tim Hortons franchise owner would/should be proud to employ. All 3 deserve raises and unlike some other Tim Hortons, they don't make mistakes and gave us the absolute best service I've ever received from a Timmies. Keep up the amazing work 👏 👌“

Ethan was especially helpful — super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right with my order. The coffee was fresh, and my food came out perfectly. It’s always nice to be served by someone who clearly cares about good service. Thanks, Ethan, for making my afternoon stop a pleasant one“

“Hi I usually drive through this time hortons everyday and have been impressed about the services provided by the employees especially night staff who have been so kind and patient while taking orders with a smile on their face no matter how busy they are.I think this place is growing because of employees like them.My best wishes to this branch and employees who work hard and i wish them to keep growing.“

“I came to this Tim Hortons at night, and the customer service was amazing. Adam already knew my usual order and had it ready for me when I arrived, which honestly made my night! He was super friendly, welcoming, and always fun to be around. The whole team was great and very helpful. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons experiences I’ve had!“

“Came yesterday and the young Caribbean man in the drive thru gave me awesome service. He was super polite and friendly. The food tasted amazing, best breakfast ever. I had a wait for one of my drinks but the young gentleman apologized and made sure i didn’t leave disappointed. 10/10 Service, keep up the good work!“

“I come here virtually every day, mostly in the evenings. The night shift crew specifically, are good people and do their jobs well. If some of the regular customers at this location treated them like human beings, gave them a smile and were more friendly, I think they would have an overall better experience. Are they perfect? No. Are they human? Yes. There’s mistakes made sometimes, but if you approach the staff with respect, they are super happy to rectify anything they may have done wrong. Most people leaving reviews have never worked a day in their lives in the service industry. One of the overall best 24/7 locations in the area for accountability and service.“

“Excellent service? Staff is very friendly and cooperative“
