We have indulged in pretty much every type of cookie, cakes, pies, cupcakes, tarts, and croissants (the Boston cream filled one is a must! ) and they are all fabulously delicious. Give them try - you will not be disappointed!“

“My boyfriend and I stopped by Kelly’s Bake Shoppe after dinner for a sweet treat, and it was a great experience! The shop had a cozy vibe, and the staff was super friendly with excellent customer service. We ordered three cupcakes (XO chocolate, cookie dough and coffee break), two cookies (snickerdoodle and black-and-white), a mile-high brownie, and two green teas, totalling just under $50.

While a bit pricey, everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. My boyfriend even said these were some of the best desserts he’s had in a long time. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I stopped in bright and early on a weekday morning visit to Burlington to find a full display case with a huge selection of donuts and other treats. It was so hard to decide! I bought 6 donuts including 2 Tiramisu, Strawberry Shortcake, apple fritter, apple pie and pumpkin pie and WOW! they are delicious. They are definitely not your run-of-the-mill donut shop donuts! The donuts were all very moist and very sweet. What a treat! The young woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful.“

“Overall I had an amazing customer service experience at this store as a first time shopper. I had never gone to a cobs before but my sister brings some to every family get together so I thought this time was my turn. There were 2 young employees there on a Saturday afternoon and asked how I wanted my bread to be sliced and when I said “wait there are options” the shift manager (I’m only guessing they were young with black hair and some really cool piercings) came up and asked if I had been there before and when I mentioned I hadn’t they gave me a full rundown of everything in less than the time it took to slice the loaf of sourdough (which was fresh and delish!) I was only intending to grab one loaf of bread but just by chatting, looking at the options, and trying a sample I left with more than double what I intended and couldn’t be happier! (Also I went home and signed up for their point system because of the employee which I rarely do after a first visit so that’s saying something).

I ended up grabbing a loaf of the sourdough bread, 6 mini cinnamon rolls, and 6 butter tarts all of that only set me back $25 (which would be about the same price as Fortinos if not more these days).

I do have one complaint and it’s 100% my own fault but the butter tarts aren’t idiot proof (idiot here ?‍♀️) and I ended up with raisin instead of plain the rest of my group didn’t mind the mess up but I was distraught.

“You cannot beat the quality and prices. $7 for 6 tarts. The pastry and filling is delicious. My favourite are the pecan butter tarts but the raspberry coconut are definitely awesome too. We also got the steak pie and it was really good. Fed 3 adults for $17 I think“

“Great British bakery and general store. The shelves are stocked with UK products, some with the price in British pounds printed on the box.

We were there for the excellent meat pies, available in so many varieties. These are pies with actual flavour.

The young lady at cash (We need a new name. Nobodyuses cash. ) got a lesson from my wife on what a jar of mincemeat filling is for.“

“This is my 8th year buying school themed specialty cookies from Clarke’s Bakery. I do so every end of school year as a gift for my daughter’s teachers, principal and secretary ( as well as gifts for them at Christmas with their seasonal specialty cookies, too)… this year they were lovely, as usual, and I finally remembered to leave a review. The customer service is amazing and the quality and designs of my custom school-themed cookies are fantastic and I couldn’t be more pleased. I just need the store to get new business cards done up so I can attach them to the cookie boxes, as I always get asked where these sweet treats are from!?“

“Look, I am not a coffee snob, or a connoisseur. I do like to make espresso at home, and I do like to try different coffees, different beans, so I have some** familiarity with the coffee 'n bean scene. But what I will say, is when you order a coffee from TAMP, you suddenly realize what coffee with a "full-body" is all along... Had the cappuccino once, now addicted. Don't know how they get so much flavour, balance, out of their beans. They're doing something right. Not exceptionally more expensive than any(many) other coffee shops, so no major issue here. Amazing cup of coffee, great balance, not super acidic, smooth-body and packed with flavour.“

“Out of all the Tim Hortons that I’ve been to though my entire life.. this is top notch the best by a mile. Everytime I do a mobile order. It’s ready instantly! It never fails. “From my experiences, this is the best Tim Hortons location in terms of employees and service. This location has employees who are competent, friendly and accurate with orders and its rare to see these days at a Tim Hortons. No store is perfect but this team is consistently good.I've been to many locations all over the GTA over 3+ decades, namely in Burlington, and have seen a slow decline in customer service at locations everywhere but not at this location. This location has employees who know their job and do it.I have no friends or family at this location, just a shout out because I see the difference at this store compared to most others.
