“Sometimes the pastries are not fresh can’t blame the owner. They’re expensive to make if and people don’t eat them and they charge too much. They may stay a little longer. Their breads were pretty good. They will be more expensive than other stores, but their quality of ingredients are higher.“

“The Tim Hortons at Burloak is one of those places that makes you appreciate the consistency and friendliness the brand is known for. The baristas here are always pleasant and welcoming, no matter how busy it gets. They greet customers with genuine smiles and maintain a calm, professional attitude even during the morning rush. It is clear that they take pride in their work, and that shows in the quality of the beverages they prepare.
The drinks are consistently good. Whether it is a freshly brewed coffee, steeped tea, or a specialty latte, everything tastes balanced and well made. I particularly like how they always prepare tea and coffee fresh, rather than serving something that has been sitting out for too long. You can taste the difference, and I have never once felt unsatisfied with a drink here. It makes this location a reliable stop when you need a quick pick-me-up.
Weekends can be hectic, especially in the morning when people stop in after errands or on their way to work. The line sometimes stretches, but the service remains efficient. There is ample seating if you prefer to wait it out and enjoy your drink inside. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the interior is kept neat and tidy. The bathrooms are consistently clean, which adds to the overall comfort of the visit.
As for the food, my experience has been less impressive. The few times we tried the sandwiches or baked goods, they did not feel as fresh as the drinks. It was not terrible, but certainly below the standard set by their beverages. Because of that, I mostly stick to coffee and tea during our visits. Overall, this location is great for drinks, friendly service, and a comfortable break during a walk.“

“This is the best Tim Horton’s in Burlington. I have been to the Guelph Line and Brant and both staff need to see how customers are treated at the Lakeshore Branch.
This should be a training store. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and remember you as a person. The food is always prepared efficiently and quickly. I usually visit at 7:30am but today I dropped in at 11:00 too. I was very impressed how High School students were treated with respect. Any compliments will not do them justice they are so deserving.“

“A few employees behind the counter busy Yapping and Chatting, not paying attention to the front counter, I waited, even tried drawing their attention by saying excuses me, but no response. Therefore 4 Star. Ordered a dark roast black coffee, and left. Coffee was fine. Even if chatting, it is fine, as long as one person stays at the gront counter for customers. Washroom was ok, toilet seat broken, wobbly all-over. Rest all, typical gas station standard.“
