COBS Bread is my absolute favorite bakery. As soon as you step inside, the stunning, mouth-watering aroma of fresh-baked goods hits you. The service is exceptionally warm, and every single loaf or pastry is baked fresh daily with top-quality ingredients.
Sarah is amazing, everytime I pop in she's always so happy and pleasant! Great experience, the bakery is so good, always fresh and baked well. They have some nice treats as well!
I’ve visited the COBS Bread location a few times around 9:00 AM to purchase sourdough bread, and on multiple occasions I’ve been told it can’t be sliced because it’s still too warm from the oven.
I understand there may be guidelines to protect the slicing equipment, but it’s frustrating as a customer—especially since the store opens at 7:00 AM and sliced bread still isn’t available a couple of hours later.
