“Great breakfast food. I’ve been here a few times, the home fries are the best when they aren’t as busy (like today). Servers are very sweet, prompt and not intrusive. We had the Five Star Tater Tots and the Meat Lovers Scramble with hollandaise on the side. SOOO GOOD!! Highly recommend this place.“
“Stopped in at Sammy's in Brantford for dinner the other evening with the wife and mother in law. Upon entering we were warmly greeted and seated by one of the friendliest waitresses I've met in a long time. Cold drinks on the table before I could get my coat off and an order of breaded pickle spears shortly after. Fridays special was a belt busting plate of fish n fresh cut fries including slaw and homemade tartar, that my overly enthusiastic wife thought that she could conquer ! And conquer she did... but I had to listen to her complaints of over indulgence all the way home! My mother in law tackled Sammy's jaw dislocating Swiss mushroom burger with fries, which I might add she gracefully mastered consuming with little but namanum noises slipping by each bite. I myself dug into a towering bacon cheddar burger loaded up with all the fresh condiments and a pile of fries that I couldn't complete . Gotta say that Mary and her Crew served up a great dinner. We will be back ?“
“I actually ordered delivery, so I can't comment on anything but the food. Everything outside of the food went smoothly. I ordered the Korean BBQ Perogies. Now the only real complaint I do have is the dish is more like honey garlic chicken Perogies. Now that being said, it was a pleasant surprise once we got over Korean BBQ\HG Chicken interpretation. It was 2 orders for myself and a buddy, we both were 100% surprised and satisfied, The veggies that came with the order and chicken, were cooked perfectly. The flavors were a marriage made in heaven (again, outside the Korean BBQ interpretation) but it was filling, and not the kind of filling where you feel like garbage after or want to hit the couch. Honestly, even though I wouldn't necessarily call it Korean BBQ Perogies but I will order it again. You have to appreciate the way something like this misunderstanding or even if you get the wrong order, etc... then it turns out better than what ypu were expecting in the first place.“
“First time here, was clean, with a great atmosphere. Had an accoustic guitarist playing and singing played well and wasn't too loud, just right. Home made burger was just great and after had a nice coffee which is apparently their own blend. Not too weak but not too strong, again, just right. Had an awesome first time experience, highly recommend and I will definitely be back!!“
