“Ordered the swiss mushroom burger with fries and coffee. Burger was good. Fries were battered I think. The waitress/cashier/bartender?/CEO? was friendly and courteous. There's parking at the back as well I think.
The only complaint is the air is kinda stuffy inside.“

“Our flight was delayed quite a while so we left the airport and found this amazing restaurant, we are so happy we did! The food was incredible I had the Halibut with a side Greek salad and my husband had the grilled cheese with ham and homemade chicken rice soup. The service was amazing our server Marykay was incredible as was Peter another family member and everything was so fresh and well prepared. Such a welcoming atmosphere, we definitely will be back and I highly recommend this place!!“

“I was here for a bridal shower and really enjoyed the food! Everything was amazing from the appetizers, to mains and desserts. I highly recommend the beet and goat cheese starter. And the cheesecake. Both were divine! The service was also attentive and friendly. They open in the evening but you are able to book the space in the morning for events which is nice. We plan on coming back!“

“Haven't been here in many years and decided to drop by to grab some lunch. I decided to get the large Ox tail on rice and peas with coleslaw. Everything was delicious, nice tender meat. A little too much bones to meat portions. That's why they got 4 stars. Otherwise everything was perfect. Nice rice and peas, the coleslaw was perfect. Not too hard and not too soft. You need to eat here! Have a look at my pictures and press the like button!“

“This place has been around a long time and hasn’t changed the great service or quality of food.
It still looks like it did over 20 years ago, but that is part of why I like it.
The food is amazing, service is great and the portions and quality of food is top notch.
We’ve been coming here since our kids were in high chairs. Our favorite breakfast place!
They use XL eggs, always get your order right, and their pancakes are amazing.
Highly recommend!!
The price is still very reasonable and more reason to come here instead of those high priced breakfast chains.“

“One of my favourite restaurants in the city. I grew up in the area and even worked here for some time in my youth, and even tho the ownership changes hand occasionally, it's comforting being able to come back even decades later and enjoy the same recipes and flavours, untouched, that originally put this place on the map! Keep up the good work everyone.“

“Gabbys Danforth.... Rude staff and an even more rude owner... don't bother complaining about anything because you're just going to get cussed at... absolutely appalling behavior... the usual crowd are loud obnoxious and seriously over their limits. I've witnessed tables and chairs falling all over the place on many occasions because people are way too intoxicated to think. The owner acts like he's untouchable and says things like " you're in a bar what do you expect " . I expect to be treated as a paying customer. Never going there again. also... one of the servers is literally always drunk out of her mind... my very first visit she was crying about her ex... and almost every time I ordered wings SHE GOT MY ORDER WRONG....over and over again!! let's just say ive had many free wings and stuff from her as an apology... I gave them a chance. several actually. but after that conversation with the owner.... im done. DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!“

“First of all, I am not racist. Please let me make that clear. So while visiting my mother on the Derry wing today, all the residents gathered around the TV in the common room. while reception was dancing in her chair to her (Calypso Christmas music) which i have never heard in my life. It was sad that all the people that are 70s 80s weren't listening to Bing Crosby singing or enjoying music from their eras. they we actually forced to listen to this as they cant move on their own. My understanding is the tvs are for the residents, not the receptionist. I was very disappointed.“

“One of my favourite places to grab a quick bite before starting my shift in the mall. The workers are the kindest and most sweetest. I recently tried the works poutine and it was almost like having chilli nachos. 10/10 would definitely recommend this order and location again !!“
