“Extremely clean Tims, probably the cleanest Tims I've even been in, I could even still smell the bleach. I stopped using the drive through a while back because of this one rude lady, though I haven't seen her in a while, hopefully she dissolved in the bleach. Kricks was working again, such a great dude, last time I was in he saved the day during the 50-cent incident. Ordered a 6 sugar, 7 milk large coffee, Looun even read back my order to make sure she got it right, always happy to see people double-checking, better safe then sorry. How quickly she made my coffee was really impressive, some of the fastest service I've ever got. And it tasted incredible too! They always make the best coffee at Tims.“

“Went here for the first time today. I was almost disappointed when they said they didn't sell plain Timbits. I had a very excited little dog. Not to worry though, this location does have plain timbits and gives them for free- only for the dogs. I love it! My steeped tea was made to perfection too.“

“I stopped by the Tim Hortons on late at night, and I was really impressed with the service. The Punjabi gentleman working that shift was friendly, fast, and handled everything efficiently even though it was quiet and late. My order was perfect, and the coffee was fresh not something you always get at night! He greeted everyone politely and kept the place clean and welcoming. Great experience overall — definitely one of the better Tim Hortons in town for late-night visits.“

“Got what I ordered, everything in stock. Tims in general need to fix their POS system… staff at all stores don’t know how to ring in the Iced sugar free vanilla protein latte… rang in three different ways at multiple locations… all resulting in different price than on the menu.. had to order in app for easy access. This location though in general is excellent and great when visiting the hospital.“

“I came to the store around 10-11am today. I ordered a farmer’s wrap. And they ended up giving me some bagel (maybe a different car order) i asked them to change it and the girl at window was so nice and helpful but on the other hand the girl (i think the one who made my sandwich was so rude and screaming towards her co-workers as if it was there fault that the food maker made a bagel instead of wrap. I asked the person at window and she said that she was the one in charge (the nice lady) and was very apologetic towards the wrong order i got. Where as the other girl who was making food (wearing red tshirt) was just blaming the girl at window. It felt really bad seeing the one in charge is being bullied like that. I hope the management take some strict action towards the food making girl because it is very disheartening to see good people crushed like that.“

“Im a regular customer, I also use to work for Tim Hortons in my younger years, so I know protocol and how things run. In this day in age, I have typically lost hope in many locations ive visited, but this location is great! I have never had my order made wrong, I recently started working nights at my job and so I have been going to this tim hortons location for my morning coffee and breakfast, not only is my coffee made to perfection, but my breakfast has been too! Its fresh, made with love(i can taste it in my food) and the customer service over the drive thru pa is great, these ladies/gens are doing a great job and they deserve an applause for their hard work in making sure their customers leave happy and satisfied! “I placed a large same-day order over the phone for muffins, donuts, and a Take 12. When I arrived, everything was ready to go, and the team happily adjusted my order when I needed to add a few more items.

I had my baby with me in her car seat, and Janet — the incredibly kind team member I had spoken with on the phone — offered to help carry everything out to my car. I was fully prepared to make multiple trips in the snow juggling the car seat and food. Her kindness truly made my day and I cannot thank her enough!

“Had amazing time at Tim Horton's today the person there was so nice! And I say that they should give the worker Pauline a raise! Because what she did today will now earn two $20 Donations from me in the future 😃 for Tim Horton's Camp Days for kids! And honestly keep giving out the Free Water! I know some places charge 10 cents for a cup of water but I personally think that is rediculous and it should not ever been done in a Tim Horton's! “I visited this location recently and was impressed. The lobby and washroom were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful—especially the woman I believe is the manager. The new four cheese and sausage egg bites were delicious (I think I prefer them over the bacon ones), and my tea was made perfectly. Overall, a great experience!“

“I only get the TGTG boxes here and this store is by far the best organized when it comes to picking them up. I don’t have to wait for them to pack it, they are placed to the side where mobile pickup is so I don’t have to wait in an order line and the print out is on top of the box as well as it is closed with a sticker, so I can just grab it after the worker confirms the confirmation code and leave. Whole experience takes under a minute so I chose this location over any other.
