“Went here for the first time today. I was almost disappointed when they said they didn't sell plain Timbits. I had a very excited little dog. Not to worry though, this location does have plain timbits and gives them for free- only for the dogs. I love it! My steeped tea was made to perfection too.“

The Punjabi gentleman working that shift was friendly, fast, and handled everything efficiently even though it was quiet and late. My order was perfect, and the coffee was fresh not something you always get at night! He greeted everyone politely and kept the place clean and welcoming. Great experience overall — definitely one of the better Tim Hortons in town for late-night visits.“

Tims in general need to fix their POS system… staff at all stores don’t know how to ring in the Iced sugar free vanilla protein latte… rang in three different ways at multiple locations… all resulting in different price than on the menu.. had to order in app for easy access. This location though in general is excellent and great when visiting the hospital.“

“I stopped in to grab a tea and get some work done on my laptop Before I headed home. For no reason, other than chance, the table that I selected was close to the Tim Hortons counter. For the half an hour that I was there, I witnessed Amanda give exceptional service to each and every customer. There were several customers who had raised some concerns for things beyond Amanda‘s control i.e. incorrect order. What could’ve been a poor customer experience for those customers, Amanda did a great job at addressing their concern and ensuring that those customers left with their expectations met or exceeded. I was very impressed with her level of customer service and how she conducted herself when faced with a customer concern. I was sure to make her aware of that before I left. Kudos to Amanda for top-notch service!“

“I placed a large same-day order over the phone for muffins, donuts, and a Take 12. When I arrived, everything was ready to go, and the team happily adjusted my order when I needed to add a few more items.

I had my baby with me in her car seat, and Janet — the incredibly kind team member I had spoken with on the phone — offered to help carry everything out to my car. I was fully prepared to make multiple trips in the snow juggling the car seat and food. Her kindness truly made my day and I cannot thank her enough!

“I only get the TGTG boxes here and this store is by far the best organized when it comes to picking them up. I don’t have to wait for them to pack it, they are placed to the side where mobile pickup is so I don’t have to wait in an order line and the print out is on top of the box as well as it is closed with a sticker, so I can just grab it after the worker confirms the confirmation code and leave. Whole experience takes under a minute so I chose this location over any other.
