Just like every other timmies
This location has now gotten my order wrong three separate times, including missing items and inconsistent food quality.
I’m leaving this review because I hope management improves quality control. Staff are generally polite, but the repeated mistakes make it difficult to rely on this location.

The staff can be nice, and some customers have had exceptional experiences with a barista named Silpa, who made them feel valued and provided excellent customer service. The location can be a bit messy and unsanitary, with drug paraphernalia around. However, the atmosphere is good, and the customer service provided by Silpa and Esha has been praised by recent visitors.
