Their coffee is always satisfying and perfect for starting the day. The donuts are fresh, soft, and full of flavor definitely one of my favorite things on the menu. I also love their flatbread options, hash browns, especially the garlic and herb savory one, which is super tasty and a great quick bite.

“This is my local Tim hortons and my orders are always correct and the service is always good. But on Sunday February 22 at around 8 or 9 pm there was one girl working the entire place. She was doing drive thru, the front counter, making all the drinks and food, etc. She remained friendly and professional the entire time. An exceptional worker and member of your team. She is aware of her incoming regular customers and usually is ahead of making sure there is enough coffee/tea brewed that you don’t have to wait. She will go out of her way to check if items are available in the back. She’s always a pleasure to come across daily.“
“I am a regular customer and was shocked to see a staff member named Simrat shouting and using abusive language toward her supervisor, Kamal, in front of customers. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and damages the store’s image.
Kamal remained calm, silent, and highly professional. He is always polite, smiling, and communicates excellently. His patience and maturity are rare. I give this store 5 stars only because of him; otherwise, I would not give even 1 star.“

“There is a lady that works most mornings when I come in and she always fills my yeti! I like that she uses the pitcher to make my coffee because it is less wasteful. Some other workers at this location make it in a disposable cup, pour it in, and then throw the cup out which defeats the purpose :( but there is one particular lady that never does this and she is also so sweet. “The workers should wear hair nets when they are working with food and not play with there hair and that goes for all the Tim’s and also there French vanilla hot beverage taste like water did not enjoy it. You should get more sterder paper cups your cups are not very safe they are very on safe especially for people that have only and I mean only one hand to used it is very on safe my girl friend got burnt a few times you need to do something about it what wood be cheaper to fix it or be sued and you should not change for other cap you need to change your cups try putting the the hand you use more be hind your back and see what people go though every day“

“This place always gets it right, I usually get a chicken cravable, the Tim’s over by center mall is the worst Tim’s, this one id argue is on of the best, it’s not really like anything special as far as location physically goes. These jobs don't look easy and I'm sure they can be incredibly frustrating but this employee gave everyone the time of day and was a real person to all the customers.“

“I have been going to this location very often as I live near by. All the employees at this location give you good service but 1 employee stands out for me is MIMOZA. She has always made my order perfectly. She always greets the customer with a nice smile. Never seen her talking rudely with any customer.“

I am pretty sure they were Indians so when i went to redeem my survey code they started gossiping in their own language and started laughing which is inappropriate . “Come here every morning during the week between 530- 6 am, the staff is quick, courteous and friendly. I started coming here after the horrendous service at the Concession St one. The morning staff here should be used to train anyone opening a Timmies. This is the best one in Hamilton, keep up the good work“
“The line can be really long at times but once you order, you dont have to wait too long. Generally mobes pretty fast too. They dont skimp on the drinks at all. Note that they do not have basixlaly any lunch items (no wraps, sandwiches, bagels). Its just drinks and pasteries for the most part.“
