“I’m a regular customer at this Tim Hortons. All the employees work really hard, provide fast service, and communicate well. I’m giving 5 stars because of the great staff.

My only concern is product availability. I also noticed someone on Sunday, I believe his name was Arjan, who seemed to be responsible for the budget, although I’m not completely sure. Management should provide better support and resources so employees don’t have to struggle with product shortages. Overall, the staff are doing a great job.“

“I regularly visit this one while I’m working in the area. I go in, get my double double consistently within 2-4 minutes and it’s consistently really good. I’ve never gotten a “battery acid” coffee from here. One time I got a double double in less than 1 minute walking in, including the time it took to pay. Genuinely was impressed.

There’s also not a billion flies floating around on the donuts like you see at other Timmie’s. One or two occasionally but nothing dreadful.

The staff is also quite friendly and seems inclusive & diverse which is nice too.“

Parking: There is plenty of it at this location.

Kid-friendliness: No seating in here so no drama, I like that. My kid doesn't like going to the other one to many people hanging around the doors it frightens him.“

“Original review: Thank you for always making my orders to perfection.Detailed review upon request: I tend to go into the Main/Wentworth, Hamilton location either within minutes of opening, or within seconds of closing - that's the context. First thing in the morning, I barely make sense cause I want everything on the menu, but without skipping a beat, they correct it with a smile and ? like lightening, they work as a team to fulfill the order very fast, without a mistake, and it's fresh. They juggle all this while drive-thru is packed, yet there's never a line of more than 2 walk-ins. The more amazing thing is my drink having the perfect temperature at 10:57 pm, 3 minutes before closing, ok might be exaggerating by 10 minutes, but you get the gist. I also always find it clean.“

“Don’t let the negative reviews fool you!

I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons location for 30 years, and I can honestly say I’ve always had a fabulous experience. The staff consistently go above and beyond, and I’ve always found them to be friendly, hardworking, and genuinely committed to serving their customers.

This location is a little smaller than many of the newer Tim Hortons, and it has been around since 1985. As far as I can remember, it has essentially kept the same layout all these years. While that gives it a certain old-school charm, I really think this location is due for an upgrade and modernization.

That said, the building shouldn’t be confused with the quality of the people working inside it. The staff do an amazing job with what they have, and after 30 years of coming here, I have nothing but good things to say about the service.

Here’s hoping Tim Hortons gives this location the upgrade it deserves! The customers and staff certainly deserve it. ☕❤ - Gonzo -“

“Was coming here to have a coffee and did not realize that the sitting area has been completely closed. I’d use the photos to pick the location as I was meeting a colleague. “I've been coming here daily (okay, usually twice a day) for the past three or years. I can't describe how kind the staff is here. They're always super quick, and if my order is ever wrong they fix it without a question. I'd like to particularly note Candace, Tara, Eryn, Natalie, and Brandy for always making idle chatter when I'm the only customer, it really makes the store feel more welcoming. Even if this locations a little out of the way for me sometimes, I still prefer coming here

Pastries are never stale, the decaf is consistently hot, the coffee is always nicely stirred, and my sandwiches and drinks are always correct despite the modifications I make. Gonna miss this Tims if I ever move“

“I have been going to this location very often as I live near by. All the employees at this location give you good service but 1 employee stands out for me is MIMOZA. She has always made my order perfectly. She always greets the customer with a nice smile. Never seen her talking rudely with any customer.“

I intend to geta Medium sized DD coffee's that should taste like other is no spit in it. fast at services filling orders from the limited menue and small space for the shops down there on 0 main store level. I know alot of knowing and some need cases can make for friendly atmosphere inside. Just say hi and maybe help some of the smokers always needing staff to kick us to the cold curb and sidewalks. “I came in a couple days ago, around dinner time and I wanted my Timmie’s sandwich ,there was these two hard working boys, super polite and very smart it seemed, I was amazed how good they worked together and how fast they handled a very long line up for just the two of them! My coffee and sandwich tasted very good and my waiting time was very fast even when it was just the two. Since coming to Timmie’s as a kid in the 70’s I’ve never seen two young men work so hard and efficiently for a two-man job.“

“I’d like to recognize the lady who was working the drive-thru around 11:00 -11:10PM last night. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy as a customer—something that, unfortunately, I haven’t seen very often at any Tim Hortons lately.

She was even in the middle of cleaning the hot chocolate machine a few minutes after 11 PM, yet she still took the time to provide outstanding service with a positive attitude.

Whoever she is, she deserves some serious recognition. In fact, I think she deserves a raise—maybe even x 3 raise! Employees who genuinely care about customers and represent the brand this well are hard to find.

To the owner or management team: please make sure she receives some kind of monetary recognition or reward. Team members like her are the reason customers keep coming back.
