“As someone new to Hamilton, I was excited to discover that my neighbourhood is home to the very first Tim Hortons. There’s something special about its original location, and makes this area feel distinctly Canadian. It’s a unique piece of history (inside there’s a cool museum) that makes me feel happy to call Hamilton my new home 🇨🇦“

“Good place for a takeout fast-food. It is spacious enough to accommodate their customer load per time, and the service is optimal as well. Good location, good ambience and solid customer service. There was not much waiting time when I visited the store. They accept both cash and credit card.“

“This is my local Tim hortons and my orders are always correct and the service is always good. But on Sunday February 22 at around 8 or 9 pm there was one girl working the entire place. She was doing drive thru, the front counter, making all the drinks and food, etc. She remained friendly and professional the entire time. An exceptional worker and member of your team. I hope she sees this and is reminded that people do notice her hard work“
“I go to this store once a week after I fill up my car at the gas station next to it. There is one lady that always greets me and ask if I am getting my usual. Not sure how she can remember it since I go in only once a week. I have been meaning to leave a review for a while now and today she told me her name when I asked. “Big shout out to Lynn”. Kid-friendliness: No seating in here so no drama, I like that. My kid doesn't like going to the other one to many people hanging around the doors it frightens him.“
“I am a regular customer and was shocked to see a staff member named Simrat shouting and using abusive language toward her supervisor, Kamal, in front of customers. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and damages the store’s image.
Kamal remained calm, silent, and highly professional. He is always polite, smiling, and communicates excellently. His patience and maturity are rare. I give this store 5 stars only because of him; otherwise, I would not give even 1 star.“
“I'm gonna make this short and sweet. I am not a fan of Tim Hortons in the last decade. This was probably the fastest and most properly made breakfast sandwiches unflawed. The service was great and actually served with a smile. Not a huge rush but before 8 am. Thanks to the staff who made my morning. I felt this needed review as many Tim Hortons are awful. “I just wanted to recognize Aleyna at the drive-thru on Upper James and Rymal for her exceptional customer service.
From the moment I pulled up to the window, she greeted me with a genuine smile, asked how my day was going, and made me feel like more than just another customer. It's amazing how one kind smile and a few thoughtful words can completely brighten someone's morning.
Sadly, customer service has declined so much over the past few years. Too often, orders have to be repeated multiple times and still end up incorrect, making great service feel rare. That's why my experience with Aleyna stood out so much. She reminded me of the friendly, welcoming customer service that Canada has always been known for.

“This location is 5/5. I’m surprised at the other reviews, honestly. I’m sure sometimes bad things happen but I’ve lived close to this place for 3 years and have been going here 2-3x/week and my order has always been correct, “fresh” (lol for Tims) and service has been excellent. I actually make it a point to not go to other locations anymore because I know how inconsistent Tims can be. I hope the owner continues to do whatever they’re doing and celebrate the managers who’ve made this possible. I don’t know any of the staff names and I’ve been served by many of them and they’ve all been consistently amazing.“

“The customer service here reminds me of the way it used to be. They give 3 and 4 butters with my soup and bun, not cheap at all with the napkins and my bags included a salt pepper spoon and knife. Thoughtful people! They are cheerful and talk to you, preparing a beautiful coffee or snack and you really feel like your welcomed and apart of the family here.“
“This Tim Hortons was amazing. On a very hot 32°C day, they gave me a free cup of ice water when many Tim Hortons locations don't offer that anymore. It was such a small gesture, but it made a big difference and was greatly appreciated.

“Atmosphere is hospital mainly with a kitchen next on east side of Timmie's and on west side is bathrooms. they give out good tasty food and coffes. I intend to geta Medium sized DD coffee's that should taste like other is no spit in it. fast at services filling orders from the limited menue and small space for the shops down there on 0 main store level. I know alot of knowing and some need cases can make for friendly atmosphere inside. Just say hi and maybe help some of the smokers always needing staff to kick us to the cold curb and sidewalks. The food is different to compare to the restaurant in the building they should help give space to the tim Hortons. or is that what your doing now already. keep up and stay steady you'll do awesome. the small birds like rain brand.🤠🤙💯“

“Very good and professional staff. Handle the pressure of having so many students every day very well. Only minor complaint is that the coffees are never consistent. I always get a double double and the amount of sugar to cream ratio is never the same.“
“One of the better Tim Hortons locations in the area. The plaza is always kept clean, organized, and well maintained which makes stopping here a pleasant experience. The drive thru is usually smooth and easy to get through, and the large parking lot is a huge bonus with plenty of space for both cars and trucks. Overall a solid location that’s convenient and well looked after.“

“It's Tim Hortons so you know what your getting...but there is an employee here i think her name was Vera who was so kind and patient while also being incredibly efficient. These jobs don't look easy and I'm sure they can be incredibly frustrating but this employee gave everyone the time of day and was a real person to all the customers.“
“These morning ladies are awesome, and they bust their asses. Especially being in core downtown in the morning. And Mrs. Wonderful I don't know her name but she's always got her hair tied back and wears black glasses, she works so hard, and I always look forward to saying hi in the morning. Divya, honestly I've never had a better drink made it's the best I ever had (roasted hazelnut cold brew) it's always pictures perfect and just so perfect every single time. “This is my go to Tim's and the staff are always so friendly and nice, both inside and in the drive thru. The manager is wonderful all around every time she's in. I rarely have issues with my food or drinks, and if I do they're always great about it. Respect and niceness goes both ways, especially in retail/fast food/sales/etc, I show it to them and they've always shown it to me! (Plus they're the only place that has never messed up my iced coffee or iced capp, and for that alone I say 5 stars!)“

I am pretty sure they were Indians so when i went to redeem my survey code they started gossiping in their own language and started laughing which is inappropriate . “I’d like to recognize the lady who was working the drive-thru around 11:00 -11:10PM last night. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy as a customer—something that, unfortunately, I haven’t seen very often at any Tim Hortons lately.
She was even in the middle of cleaning the hot chocolate machine a few minutes after 11 PM, yet she still took the time to provide outstanding service with a positive attitude.
Whoever she is, she deserves some serious recognition. In fact, I think she deserves a raise—maybe even x 3 raise! Employees who genuinely care about customers and represent the brand this well are hard to find.
To the owner or management team: please make sure she receives some kind of monetary recognition or reward. Team members like her are the reason customers keep coming back.
