“I go to this store once a week after I fill up my car at the gas station next to it. There is one lady that always greets me and ask if I am getting my usual. Not sure how she can remember it since I go in only once a week. I have been meaning to leave a review for a while now and today she told me her name when I asked. “Big shout out to Lynn”. “Original review: Thank you for always making my orders to perfection.Detailed review upon request: I tend to go into the Main/Wentworth, Hamilton location either within minutes of opening, or within seconds of closing - that's the context. First thing in the morning, I barely make sense cause I want everything on the menu, but without skipping a beat, they correct it with a smile and ? like lightening, they work as a team to fulfill the order very fast, without a mistake, and it's fresh. They juggle all this while drive-thru is packed, yet there's never a line of more than 2 walk-ins. The more amazing thing is my drink having the perfect temperature at 10:57 pm, 3 minutes before closing, ok might be exaggerating by 10 minutes, but you get the gist. I also always find it clean.“

“The customer service here reminds me of the way it used to be. They give 3 and 4 butters with my soup and bun, not cheap at all with the napkins and my bags included a salt pepper spoon and knife. “I’d like to recognize the lady who was working the drive-thru around 11:00 -11:10PM last night. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy as a customer—something that, unfortunately, I haven’t seen very often at any Tim Hortons lately.

She was even in the middle of cleaning the hot chocolate machine a few minutes after 11 PM, yet she still took the time to provide outstanding service with a positive attitude.

Whoever she is, she deserves some serious recognition. In fact, I think she deserves a raise—maybe even x 3 raise! Employees who genuinely care about customers and represent the brand this well are hard to find.

To the owner or management team: please make sure she receives some kind of monetary recognition or reward. Team members like her are the reason customers keep coming back.
