Tim Hortons in Stoney Creek

“I went thru the drive thru on October 18, 2026 at 6:15pm and ordered a 10 pack of timbits and the young man working the drive thru handed me the timbits in a bag. He said they ran out of boxes. When I mentioned that they were for my dad who has dementia, and without being asked he put the timbits in a 20 pack box. I just wanted to say thank you! I don't know your name, but I really hope management gets this review.“

“5 stars isn't enough for the incredible team at this Tim Hortons location. No matter how busy the morning rush gets, the staff (especially Mylene) are consistently warm, quick, and genuinely welcoming. They are always spot-on with the orders and deserve to be recognized. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do, my sincere appreciation to the team and manager for being the absolute best!“

“I come to this tim Hortons every morning and not once have they made my order incorrectly, the staff are very nice and friendly especially Kelly who greets me every morning making me feel very welcomed, and the location is very convenient as there is a gas station right next to it.“

“Talk about the worst Cheesy Melt sandwich I've had in my life. I got it via the drivethru, and waited for it to cool down. Pulling it out, the bread was fluffy and nicely toasted, but the cheese slices could be obviously seen. Oh well. Frist bite; cold cheese. I told myself it wasn't a big deal, and I could try to eat it cold. Second bite; nope. Absolutely horrible.

I went back and showed them sandwich, opening up the cheese slices like leaves in a book, unmelted and unstuck. They were apologetic, in a way that seemed more empathetic than simple customer service fluff. I waited with anticipation for what the second attempt would be like.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION.

This was simply the greatest Cheesy Melt of my life. The top slice of bread was fluffy and perfectly toasted. Biting into the sandwich, the cheese had melted together such that you couldn't tell it had originated from slices.

I wish I could give it five stars, but the first attempt is important context. I wish I could give it one star, but the absolute boss that pulled off that second sandwich doesn't allow it. I wish I had pictures, but I didn't know it would but a journey from worst to first.

Next time you're getting a cheesy melt there, make sure you let them know about my perfect cheesy melt and see if they can replicate it it for you.“

“One of the better Tim Hortons locations in the area. The plaza is always kept clean, organized, and well maintained which makes stopping here a pleasant experience. The drive thru is usually smooth and easy to get through, and the large parking lot is a huge bonus with plenty of space for both cars and trucks. Overall a solid location that’s convenient and well looked after.“

“I stopped by this Tim Hortons through the drive-thru the day before yesterday, and I honestly felt compelled to leave a review because of one particular staff member.

There was a cute, chubby Indian girl working at the front who was exceptionally polite, warm, and professional. She handled my order with such genuine kindness that, even two days later, I still remember the interaction.

What impressed me even more was that I actually visited twice that night — once around 11:07-ish PM and again around 5:20-ish AM, there was a considerable rush, with several cars ahead of and behind me. Despite the pressure and constant flow of customers, she remained incredibly patient, courteous, and welcoming to everyone.

That kind of consistency is rare. She didn’t just do her job; she made the customer experience noticeably better.

Honestly, I wish every Tim Hortons in the country had a staff member like her. Management should genuinely recognize employees who represent the brand with this level of professionalism and positive attitude.

I sincerely hope she gets the opportunity to move into a managerial position soon. If she treats a busy drive-thru with this much patience and professionalism, I can only imagine how great she could be as a leader.
