Tim Hortons in Stoney Creek

“Purchased two French Vanillas this afternoon and brought them home for my husband and I to take a sip of what tasted like nothing but warm water. I removed the lid to see what looked like tea in my opinion. I understand that the flavoring must be replaced however often which is forgivable but simply based on the way the drink looks you would think an employee would recognize that something was off as this is not what they usually look like.“

“I drive a little further everyday just to get my breakfast from this location. The service is outstanding and the people are absolutely wonderful. The staff definitely make the trip worthwhile and enjoyable. A special thanks to “Kelly” for her specialized 5 star treatment 😃“

“Talk about the worst Cheesy Melt sandwich I've had in my life. I got it via the drivethru, and waited for it to cool down. Pulling it out, the bread was fluffy and nicely toasted, but the cheese slices could be obviously seen. Oh well. Frist bite; cold cheese. I told myself it wasn't a big deal, and I could try to eat it cold. Second bite; nope. Absolutely horrible.

I went back and showed them sandwich, opening up the cheese slices like leaves in a book, unmelted and unstuck. They were apologetic, in a way that seemed more empathetic than simple customer service fluff. I waited with anticipation for what the second attempt would be like.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION.

This was simply the greatest Cheesy Melt of my life. The top slice of bread was fluffy and perfectly toasted. Biting into the sandwich, the cheese had melted together such that you couldn't tell it had originated from slices.

I wish I could give it five stars, but the first attempt is important context. I wish I could give it one star, but the absolute boss that pulled off that second sandwich doesn't allow it. I wish I had pictures, but I didn't know it would but a journey from worst to first.

Next time you're getting a cheesy melt there, make sure you let them know about my perfect cheesy melt and see if they can replicate it it for you.“

“One of the better Tim Hortons locations in the area. The plaza is always kept clean, organized, and well maintained which makes stopping here a pleasant experience. The drive thru is usually smooth and easy to get through, and the large parking lot is a huge bonus with plenty of space for both cars and trucks. Overall a solid location that’s convenient and well looked after.“
