Tim Hortons in Burlington

“The Tim Hortons at Burloak is one of those places that makes you appreciate the consistency and friendliness the brand is known for. The baristas here are always pleasant and welcoming, no matter how busy it gets. They greet customers with genuine smiles and maintain a calm, professional attitude even during the morning rush. It is clear that they take pride in their work, and that shows in the quality of the beverages they prepare.

The drinks are consistently good. Whether it is a freshly brewed coffee, steeped tea, or a specialty latte, everything tastes balanced and well made. I particularly like how they always prepare tea and coffee fresh, rather than serving something that has been sitting out for too long. You can taste the difference, and I have never once felt unsatisfied with a drink here. It makes this location a reliable stop when you need a quick pick-me-up.

Weekends can be hectic, especially in the morning when people stop in after errands or on their way to work. The line sometimes stretches, but the service remains efficient. There is ample seating if you prefer to wait it out and enjoy your drink inside. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the interior is kept neat and tidy. The bathrooms are consistently clean, which adds to the overall comfort of the visit.

As for the food, my experience has been less impressive. The few times we tried the sandwiches or baked goods, they did not feel as fresh as the drinks. It was not terrible, but certainly below the standard set by their beverages. Because of that, I mostly stick to coffee and tea during our visits. Overall, this location is great for drinks, friendly service, and a comfortable break during a walk.“

“I came and got 5 x take 12's and normally you would think the staff would be upset or irritated by all the work. Luckily, I came and dealt with Sarah, Ash and Komal who were perfect example of the professionalism that any Tim Hortons franchise owner would/should be proud to employ. All 3 deserve raises and unlike some other Tim Hortons, they don't make mistakes and gave us the absolute best service I've ever received from a Timmies. Keep up the amazing work 👏 👌“

If you are planning an event, Come to this Location! Suhayb, Tina and Elizabeth are Phenomenal Leaders that make your event seamless and organized! Our School had a Christmas Event, we needed 3 Large Coolers of Hot Chocolate for over 300 people! They had everything ready in a timely fashion and made sure we had everything we needed for our Event!

I see alot of People in the Community that are Retired that come in Groups to this location! Its their Morning Spot to meet up and Socialize!

“I visit this location every morning for a coffee and on occasion, a breakfast sandwich or wrap, Leslie is always at the window with a good morning greeting. I pre-order on the app and it's always ready, I'm very happy with the service from this location!“

“The other day I had the grilled cheese melt. This is the second time now that the cheese wasn't melted inside. The staff need to melt it longer on the press. A grilled cheese melt is supposed to be melted. This location needs to do better.“

“I witnessed something this morning that warmed my heart and I wanted to share. A young female employee was cleaning tables when a senior man asked her how to get on the hospital wifi. She told him how to get to the sign in and what to do. He asked her to do it for him. His English wasn't fluent so she had to ask him for his info a couple of times. She got him signed in and told him he was good to go. He thanked her. I was so impressed with her respect, patience and kindness toward this customer.“

I wanted to commend the employees that were working the drive-thru today. I drove through with my wife and dog in the car. The employee asked if our dog likes Timbits, which he does, and I told the employee yes. The employees then gave us a bag of four plain Timbits for our dog! I would love to see more of this friendly kind of interaction at Tim Hortons! I did not catch the employees names, but they deserve a raise or award at least!“

“I only use the drive thru 5 days per week between 6-6:30 am . Didi is amazing, she knows who I am and what I order just by the sound of my voice. She always has a personal, friendly greeting for me- she starts my morning and hour long commute on a positive note. “This place can get a little busy, like most fast-food restaurants around lunchtime, so I was genuinely moved to see who i believe may be the manager, Marianne, right there helping out with such warmth and friendliness.

These days, it’s so easy for restaurants to become all about taking an order and moving on to the next customer, but Marianne makes this place feel personal, welcoming, and almost familial. Her presence truly makes a difference.

I don’t often stop here since there isn’t a drive-thru, but after seeing the way she treats customers and her team, I’ll definitely be going out of my way to stop here whenever I’m in the area. It’s refreshing to experience that kind of genuine hospitality and warmth. ❤“

“I visited this location around 11:30 p.m., and the employee at the drive-thru window was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though I added items to my order at the window, she remained patient and kind throughout. I believe her name was Shipra, based on her name tag. “This Tim Hortons is the best I’ve been to in GTA. For starters, their latte machine isn’t always broken or not working.

The communication here is very easy. I can be in and out of the drive through within minutes. All the employees are quick to understand and order.

Lattes are always mixed properly. Overall a good experience and reminds me of how Tim Hortons used to be.“
