The restaurant itself is usually clean and in nice condition as it was recently renovated.
The food and beverages are fine compared to other locations.
HOWEVER, my absolute biggest gripe is the wait times for in person orders are absolutely abysmal.
There’s been so many times where my order gets forgotten about and I have to wait an extra 15 minutes.
