Great location with Esso gas station, fast and friendly service. Typical Tim's but great place to stop. Clean with washrooms available. Big selection of baked goods and typical Tim's sandwichs. Part of a large convenience store. Lots of parking and has a drive thru

The staff member named Sherry was already aware of the mistake and went above and beyond to rectify it by delivering the correct order personally. However, there were some issues with the donuts being dry and the washrooms being closed due to a broken door. The staff seemed to be focusing more on the drive-through, causing those inside to wait longer for their orders.
