Worst Tims in Burlington. My mother bought four soups from this location. Some employee thought it was a bright idea to stack the soups, which then melted the bottom of the cups. Leading to all the soup leaking out all over both my mother’s car and herself. My mother contacted the location and spoke to an employee who advised her that they would provide a completely new order. They constantly get orders wrong, bathrooms always look bad, and they take forever to take customer's orders. Never have I had a good experience at this location. I just ordered a Large cold brew with the liquid sugar and light ice, but they gave me too much ice and then proceeded to take out ALL of the ice and not even top off the amount of the cold brew they took out....photo in review, I'm pissed, the didn't do anything when I complained again. The people receiving / providing the order at the drive through are more interested in chatting and laughing between themselves. They seem least interested in the work and to serve the customers . Had to remind them 2-3 times on the missing items . The worst part is the reaction/expressions they give after they are reminded about it ..Such entitlement and rudeness.
