The people receiving / providing the order at the drive through are more interested in chatting and laughing between themselves. They seem least interested in the work and to serve the customers . Had to remind them 2-3 times on the missing items . The worst part is the reaction/expressions they give after they are reminded about it ..Such entitlement and rudeness.

Worst Tims in Burlington. My mother bought four soups from this location. Some employee thought it was a bright idea to stack the soups, which then melted the bottom of the cups. Leading to all the soup leaking out all over both my mother’s car and herself. My mother contacted the location and spoke to an employee who advised her that they would provide a completely new order. Once my mother arrived, she was provided extremely inappropriate service from both DANIEL, and the manager, TISH. My mother was unfortunately so embarrassed in front of the staff and customers. She left with neither a new order, nor substantial service. Would never return to this location and am currently in the process of escalating this situation to head office. Strongly recommend staying away from this location. Since then, I have begun going to the location on Harvester and walkers line, and have always received above and beyond service.

Painfully slow. If these people moved slower they would be moving in reverse. Use the app and pick up at the counter, otherwise put aside an hour.

They constantly get orders wrong, bathrooms always look bad, and they take forever to take customer's orders. Never have I had a good experience at this location. I just ordered a Large cold brew with the liquid sugar and light ice, but they gave me too much ice and then proceeded to take out ALL of the ice and not even top off the amount of the cold brew they took out....photo in review, I'm pissed, the didn't do anything when I complained again. I'm pissed I used my points on this and kinda happy I didn't waste any money on the drink....such weak customer service. I used to work for the company of Tim Hortons, and this would never have flown in ANY of the locations I've worked for in the past!

Such a terrible experience oh my god! Is this a way to serve the customer?? The Canadian Asian Girl in the evening shift near 9:30 PM her behaviour oh my god the fake attitude towards customers that’s not good. We asking for decaf coffee and she made the original one and we asked is this a decaf she ignored us.

Went through the drive thru today, only 1 car ahead of me so it wasn't busy. I requested a steak and egg biscuit sandwich along with other items. But when I opened the sandwich there was no steak, instead I got 2 small strips of bacon. Very disappointing. If they didn't have the steak to offer then they should let the customer know so we can pick another item or make sure the employee is correctly reading the ticket if that was the case. Definitely not worth the $6 I paid for the sandwich.

We were at the drive thru around 1:40 pm Friday 16 Feb and we gave the order for steap tea and we wanted to add chilli soup but the girl couldn’t understand it so we went on drive thru window and wanted to add the soup but the girl said we can’t take or add anything on window .
