“One of the best spots in the Milton area! The service is excellent, and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. We stopped by for coffee, and Sukhan at the front desk was incredibly helpful and cheerful—she went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good coffee and friendly service.“

“The guy who works there and made my matcha today also made my day. 😊 He made sure to prepare it as tasty as possible. As I don’t like my drink too cold I always ask for less ice, which he delivered( at other Tim Hortons locations they always tell me they can’t do it..) He was also super friendly. Since they launched the new matcha drinks I already had 4 before and they all were disappointing honestly. This one stands out and the service I received was also super friendly.“

“This Tim's is a lifesaver at Milton District Hospital. There is always a line up so I ordered on the app the 2nd time around. The line moved very fast and they definitely do keep up the pace with demand and the staff are super kind and will let you know if the order is slightly behind than usual wait times. The food and coffee is better than most locations I've been to. My only small complaint would be that they aren't 24/7 but that's just me being picky.“

She always takes the time to say a genuine hello, and she makes sure every customer feels welcome. I really appreciate the dedication to excellent guest service!“

“I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons. Gurpreet is exceptionally friendly, professional, and well-organized. Whenever I order a hot or cold coffee, she prepares it perfectly according to my preferences and always gets it just right.

She is also very knowledgeable about the food menu and takes the time to explain the available options, making it easier to choose. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent customer service make every visit enjoyable.

“The girl at window her name was Britney she was one of the nicest servers I've had at a tim hortons location. She was very kind and service was above and beyond other locations. Wish there was more pleasant people like her who make your experience very welcoming.“

“This location is my go to every morning before work, my order is always taken quick and I’ve gotten to know a lot of the staff over the past few years! I also love that in the summer it seems as students are hired it’s the perfect job for any student!“

“This Tim's is inside the Woodbine casino building. The shop description does not mention this, as do none of the reviews. Also, their prices are a little higher than the usual Tim Hortons prices - I'm not sure why. Maybe because they're owned and operated by the casino or are inside the casino. Just FYI.“

“I had such a great experience at this Tim Hortons location! The service was quick, and all of the staff were very polite, patient, and welcoming. When I couldn’t decide what to order, they happily gave me recommendations and took the time to answer all of my questions about the food options.
The seating area was very clean and comfortable, and I was able to find a table right away. The manager also seemed very friendly and did a great job making sure everything was running smoothly during a lunch rush.
Overall, this was a really pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quick service, kind staff, and a clean, welcoming place to sit and enjoy their food. I’ll definitely be coming back!“
