“The guy who works there and made my matcha today also made my day. 😊 He made sure to prepare it as tasty as possible. As I don’t like my drink too cold I always ask for less ice, which he delivered( at other Tim Hortons locations they always tell me they can’t do it..) He was also super friendly. Since they launched the new matcha drinks I already had 4 before and they all were disappointing honestly. This one stands out and the service I received was also super friendly.“

“One of the best spots in the Milton area! The service is excellent, and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. We stopped by for coffee, and Sukhan at the front desk was incredibly helpful and cheerful—she went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. “This Tim's is a lifesaver at Milton District Hospital. There is always a line up so I ordered on the app the 2nd time around. The line moved very fast and they definitely do keep up the pace with demand and the staff are super kind and will let you know if the order is slightly behind than usual wait times. The food and coffee is better than most locations I've been to. My only small complaint would be that they aren't 24/7 but that's just me being picky.“

“I had such a great experience at this Tim Hortons location! The service was quick, and all of the staff were very polite, patient, and welcoming. When I couldn’t decide what to order, they happily gave me recommendations and took the time to answer all of my questions about the food options.
The seating area was very clean and comfortable, and I was able to find a table right away. The manager also seemed very friendly and did a great job making sure everything was running smoothly during a lunch rush.

“This Tim's is inside the Woodbine casino building. The shop description does not mention this, as do none of the reviews. Also, their prices are a little higher than the usual Tim Hortons prices - I'm not sure why. Maybe because they're owned and operated by the casino or are inside the casino. Just FYI.“
