“This Tim's is a lifesaver at Milton District Hospital. There is always a line up so I ordered on the app the 2nd time around. The line moved very fast and they definitely do keep up the pace with demand and the staff are super kind and will let you know if the order is slightly behind than usual wait times. The food and coffee is better than most locations I've been to. My only small complaint would be that they aren't 24/7 but that's just me being picky.“

“Giving this location 5 stars mainly because of one employee: Gemma.

I stop here for coffee almost every morning, and Gemma consistently stands out. She’s always friendly at the drive-through, usually with a quick comment or question about how the day is going. It’s a small thing, but having someone genuinely pleasant to interact with for a few seconds in the morning actually makes a difference.

She also remembers names that go with mobile orders, which shows she’s paying attention and cares about doing the job well. I assume she treats everyone with the same level of friendliness.

As for the coffee and food, it’s what you’d expect from most Tim Hortons locations. What I will say is that this location rarely messes up my coffee, which happens pretty often at other locations. Considering I’m here almost every day, that consistency is impressive.

“Great location, I stop often after work coming from North York.
The interior was fully renovated two years ago, there is a lot of space and nice tables & chairs to sit down. The food & coffee are very good, staff are friendly, my only concern sometimes the staff talk to each other loud in another language, it seems shouting or teasing each other, which don't look very professional, in my opinion.“

“Went through the drive-thru with my friend today and immediately noticed how friendly and professional the lady at the kiosk was. She was fast, accurate, and extremely welcoming, clearly confirming our order on the screen to make sure everything was correct.

When we pulled up to the next window, our food and coffee were already ready — everything was fresh, hot, and made perfectly. The coffee was great, and the overall service was seamless.
