“Wow, I came at a busy part of the day but I was so impressed at how fast they were, staff jumped in to help make our big order aswell as take care of all the customers, these ladies on front counter did an amazing to serve all the customers“

“Mobile ordered two medium coffees and one large. The large coffee was for my grandpa.
The order looked fine at pickup, but the mistake was obvious after getting home. All three cups were mediums. Grandpa got shorted on his drink.
I usually only review after a bad experience. However, five years of perfect service before this is a great track record. Honest mistakes happen. Overall, still a good run.“

“The staff are lovely and always giving amazing service- I love this tims for fresh food and drinks but NOT BAKED GOODS. There’s flies on them, ALL OVER THEM. It’s disgusting and is annoying when you want timbits but they’re covered in flies.“

“I would give them more stars if it allowed me. The staff working the weekday morning shifts are extremely phenomenal at the Tim Hortons location attached to the ESSO gas station. “Today I went to breakfast at Tim Hortons, Woodlawn and Victoria. I got out of the car and noticed a representative shovelling the walkway. I said to her “you must be the owner doing a job that no one wants to do and doing it like you own it”. She laughed and said I’m the manager Kayla. I went into the Tim’s, it was: clean, efficient and the employees were friendly. I spoke with some of the regulars Neil and Dan who said the same. When Kayla came in she checked on the customers.
