“Stopped in last Saturday morning after a long drive and was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently the staff managed the line during the breakfast rush. The double double was exactly what I needed, and whoever was working the drive-through window had the timing down to a science. The seating area inside was clean and well-lit, a nice spot to stretch out and catch up on emails for a bit. For a highway-side Tim Hortons in Sackville, it punches above its weight and I would happily stop here again on my next trip through.“

“Mostly efficient. Occasionally get a new employee who’s unfamiliar with the price structure in RRTR contest, or doesn’t speak much English, but this place has lovely managers, who get them back on track, and gently make sure their training progresses onward.“

“On Thursday morning, my kids and I went donut-hunting. We usually avoid fast food but had a wonderful experience! The manager was exceptionally accommodating and helped my son even find the donut he wanted in the back. You can tell the staff work hard to give the best service possible. Thanks guys!“

“Over the years, visiting different Tim Hortons locations across Canada has been a bittersweet experience. However, when I relocated to my new store in Guelph and started visiting the Tim Hortons at 232 Silvercreek Parkway, my experience completely changed.

The customer service provided by Shanie and Jada has been exceptional. Keep in mind that I live in Mississauga and work in Guelph, yet I never stop for Tim Hortons in Mississauga. I always wait until I arrive in Guelph because of the outstanding service they provide.

These two ladies consistently put a smile on my face and make every visit enjoyable. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and friendly service truly stand out.

Shanie and Jada, keep shining! Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. Thank you for making a difference in your customers' day.

“staff is very friendly and clearly enjoy working together. it is very nice to walk in and hear people working with a good dynamic and enjoying their time. they seemed very organized and it resulted in fast and good service. I didnt get an iced capp but noticed everyone who did got a really full one and that's always a good sign lol. place was very clean too“

“We had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The staff member “Luke” was very nice, friendly, and always smiling, which made our visit even better. We had a really good conversation with him. We came from Bolton and stopped here while heading back from the university. We had breakfast, and everything tasted great. The service was excellent and made our day. Highly recommended!“

“I would give them more stars if it allowed me. The staff working the weekday morning shifts are extremely phenomenal at the Tim Hortons location attached to the ESSO gas station. I have been extremely pleased with the staff at this particular location every single day for my coffees and teas for the last several years. Absolutely amazing team and customer service.“

“The speaker through drive today was very bubbly and very patient with us and kept their energy very high and animated. Definitely not your ordinary Timmies. I am regular at this Tim Hortons and thankfully till date I never had a bad experience with any of the staff members.

But today one woman with specs ruined my day.

I see there was a sign of 'Please Queue up here'

When I entered Tim Hortons, I saw no one waiting that is why I proceeded directly towards the counter.

The staff seemed pretty busy so they weren't able to assist me as soon as I entered.

I cooperated and stood patiently there until someome came to assist me.

Then that lady with specs comes to me and asks me to move back to the line wait there. I told that because I saw no one in the line that is why I directly came to the counter, the rest of the staff knew that there was someone waiting at the counter and they responded that somone will be there to assist you shortly, but that lady with specs was being rude to me and asking me to move back to where the queue sign was kept rudely saying 'That you have to stand there, we can't see you'

Despite being patient and cooperating with the staff I had to face this.

I hope the staff changes its behavior and treats their regular guests in a better way.

As a regular customer, I value the service I usually receive at this location, which is why this experience stood out so negatively. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds staff to communicate with customers respectfully and professionally.

“Today I went to breakfast at Tim Hortons, Woodlawn and Victoria. I got out of the car and noticed a representative shovelling the walkway. I said to her “you must be the owner doing a job that no one wants to do and doing it like you own it”. She laughed and said I’m the manager Kayla. I went into the Tim’s, it was: clean, efficient and the employees were friendly. I spoke with some of the regulars Neil and Dan who said the same. When Kayla came in she checked on the customers. What a nice touch. I told her the owner should know you need a raise. What is the value of good will… priceless. Thanks for the great experience Kayla Lindeman. See you next time.“

“The main Reason Thought to give a review on this Timmy is due to its unique architectural interior flow plan, which has a nice room for small group discussions. Over all Interior look is great! On our visit service was great! I store owner is reviewing google reviews and hoping to address the issues /feedback given with low rates reviews. Parking spaces are kinda less. May visit again to see how the cleanliness of this new location is maintained!“
