A few weeks ago, while waiting for a friend at this Tim Hortons store, I observed something concerning. Although the store was relatively empty, I heard the manager being loud at a few of the staff members who were working hard. I couldn’t determine the exact issue, but the manager’s tone and choice of words were quite unprofessional.
