I came in at 7:30pm on Monday and just wanted to say that I had a great experience! There were only two staff members working behind the counter but they will still very efficient and kind, you could tell how hard they were working! Applause to the staff at this location!
Love going to this location! Staff are so kind and quality is significantly better than other locations I’ve been to in the area
Edited: Staff is always getting my orders wrong since the employee change happened a while back, hasnt gotten back to its good service.
Also, why dont you have honey? Not even to give us to add if its about allergies...
This location is still the best out of all of Tim's but the bar isnt high anymore. I only still go here for the timbits they offer my dog, i love that about this location.

Tim Hortons provides fresh and tasty food along with great-tasting beverages, which are considered the best in Guelph for flavor and temperature. Staff members are cooperative and informative, even during busy times or when machines are being maintained. Customers have noted that the staff can be busy during peak hours, but they remain kind and friendly. Some drinks, like the Tiramisu Cold Brew, have been criticized for having too much ice, which can make the beverage less enjoyable and messy. Despite this, many customers appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, with some mentioning that one employee was fantastic, working alone but still delivering excellent service with a smile. Overall, the restaurant is well-regarded for its quality and service.
