My partner and I ordered BELTs this morning for breakfast. He placed his order, I placed my order, and the cashier orally confirmed both orders before we paid. When we received our sandwiches, there was no lettuce or tomato on them. When I let the cashier know, he said “yes, there should be lettuce and tomato on a BELT.” I repeated that there weren’t any on ours. This is the worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever seen. Staffs are not friendly. They never smile to customers when they served food. They look rude to me. this place doesn’t seem that they are in Canada. Store is small size. There are some sitting area and drive through. Washroom and store are clean. Food price is reasonable. There are some parking spots in front of the store including accessible parking.

Staff is luke warm at best. Also I consistently get wasteful packaging after asking to have my food and drink for here. In a China mug. Not a cup.Edit years later: Tim Hortons no longer offers dine in dishes. We live in a post apocalyptic hellscape. The service is somehow worse?
