“Went by this location with a few friends. Disha was very helpful and quick in giving us recommendations for their new drinks. The blackberry yuzu quencher was amazing and would definitely try again. Despite it being busy the employees there were able to take our orders and fulfill them in a timely manner. The store was fairly clean despite how busy it was too.“

“One of the cleanest tim hortons i have been to recently. besides the recent upgrades to the location, the staff are very diligent on cleaning the place (mopping the floors multiple times a day!). customer service is great. Tania, Emal and Norzin have constantly been quick and helpful in their service. 5 stars for those peeps. just wish Tims coffee would be better. not a location dependent thing, unfortunately it is very inconsistent everywhere you go now.“

Recently this location was renovated, sadly they do not have one charger port for phones. I think it's kind of silly and appreciate the staff but come on!!
I think it is quite peculiar in 2025 to sit down in a fast food restaurant and not be able to plug in and charge your device. However yum yum McDonald's!
Either way don't steal hamburgers and try not to grimace just because you can't find a place to charge your phone. Get it grimace?! 😛🤗😇
Either way, try to drive safe but honestly this location could use with some garbage cans in the parking lot like they had 2 years ago! Just saying...
Please be safe and enjoy this place is open till I think 11:00 most nights. It's nice to get some fries, an ice cream or a coffee & take a walk in the nearby park!

“Lost faith in tims recently but my pregnant wife was hungry so we stopped by this tims. Holy moly. The quality of the food here and the service was better than ive ever remembered. We got 2 sausage farmers wrap and they were exceptional. Service was also very kind and quick. I wish all tims were like this one again. Very well managed.“

“I come to this Tim Hortons at Central Parkway and Mavis regularly, and overall I’ve had a great experience.
The coffee is amazing and consistently tastes fresh. The service is good, and I’m always happy to come back.
The only small issue is that they sometimes seem a little short-staffed, especially when it gets busy, so service can take a bit longer. But I don’t blame the employees for that—they’re doing their best with the staff they have.
Overall, great coffee, good service, and definitely 5 stars from me.“

“Ive been going to this location for over a decade. Their staff is incredible, especially the warm and welcome morning drive thru staff. They know my order, say Hi to the rescues dogs, and even recently gave some stuffed ice capp dog toys as gifts to the dogs at 30SixPaws Animal Rescue. “Your regular Tim Horton's with drive-through. Service is usually good and staff friendly. It is not easy to go to the drive-through. It is one of the location with Esso gass station so you can treat your car and yourself at the same time.“

“This Timmies is incredibly convenient if you are picking someone up from Pearson Airport. It is only about a 5-minute drive away, making it the perfect place to grab a coffee and wait.
The indoor seating capacity is decent, and they have a nice small patio outside. The only major issue is the parking lot—it gets packed easily and there never seems to be enough space for the number of customers visiting.
The drinks are always decent, and I’ve had a good experience overall. I’ve visited multiple times and will definitely keep coming back whenever I am using the airport!“

The environment still not clean enough. Understandable because they are always quite busy cuz not enough stuff working here . Especially busy at drive-thru. I have noticed that girl who wore a headscarf she was always polite, decent. And the boy whose hair a bit longer and seems like southeastern Asian? He made my food 10 times better than last time a lady made that. And he was friendly as well.
