Recently this location was renovated, sadly they do not have one charger port for phones. I think it's kind of silly and appreciate the staff but come on!!

I think it is quite peculiar in 2025 to sit down in a fast food restaurant and not be able to plug in and charge your device. However yum yum McDonald's!

Either way don't steal hamburgers and try not to grimace just because you can't find a place to charge your phone. Get it grimace?! 😛🤗😇

Either way, try to drive safe but honestly this location could use with some garbage cans in the parking lot like they had 2 years ago! Just saying...

Please be safe and enjoy this place is open till I think 11:00 most nights. It's nice to get some fries, an ice cream or a coffee & take a walk in the nearby park!

“I came in at around 8:30pm on a weeknight and the store was quite quiet. I wasn't sure what to order so the staff there walked me through the menu and asked me questions like how hungry I was and my spice tolerance after which, they recommended to me the spicy habanero loaded chicken wrap. They didn't even have chicken at the moment so they let me know that it would be 3 minutes before my sandwich would be ready. In the meantime, they refilled my water bottle without question. They were a very friendly bunch. The sandwich was fantastic. It was fresh, hot and flavorful with just the right amount of spice for me at the moment. Highly recommend this space. By the way, all this goodness was happening while the young man who took my order was being trained by the more experienced staff member. Impressive.“

“Your regular Tim Horton's with drive-through. Service is usually good and staff friendly. It is not easy to go to the drive-through. It is one of the location with Esso gass station so you can treat your car and yourself at the same time.“

“The employees at this location are respectful and professional but when I visited this Tim Hortons location yesterday evening and witnessed a customer at the drive-thru misbehaving with an employee, I was shocked . The employee at drive thru was passing stuff to the customer and that lady in the car was not even properly holding the coffee cup and then started yelling, while the employee remained calm and respectful. Well, Customers have no right to disrespect employees when they’re at fault. Rest everything was fine during the visit.“

“This is a small Tim Hortons at the back of the Rabba convenience store at Lakeshore Rd E and Caven St. I usually stop here for a coffee and a snack when I'm in the area. Service is always friendly and quick.
A tip: if you want something more and don't want to wait (per the other reviews), the full Time Hortons restaurant is a couple of blocks away.“

“This Tim's is my favorite. Highly recommend. I'm a regular here, and I spent anywhere between 5$ to 30$ per visit, depending on how long I hang around. Sometimes I spend the whole day working here and the staff make me feel welcome. One time I ordered something and went to my table to get to work and they just delivered it to my table, I believe it was Renjith who did this, but I saw other workers do it with other customers as well. I don't expect this kind of service from a Tim Horton's or a McDonald's or places of the like.

My favorite individual here is Dharti, followed by Renjith. I have a very complicated default order:
Large Ice Latte, no sugar, decaf, less ice because it has to fit in a medium sized re-usable Tim Horton's cup.

If Dharti sees me ordering, she just jumps the line and says "I'll make it for him I know what he wants". She always has a heart warming smile on her face when I interact with her. She also works at the Tim Horton's in the mall. We recognized each other at the Mall's Tim Horton's, I was initially confused and asked, and she told me that the owner of the two Timmies is the same.

Because I noticed that sometimes when I order decaf from this Tim's, I get a mild euphoria, and then stay up all night. This usually means that the coffee was caffeinated. And so what I started doing is standing in a strategic spot where I could see the screen of the espresso machine, and the buttons the worker presses to make the espresso.

At another Tim Horton's, where the espresso machine is clearly facing the front counter, I asked a worker what buttons they had to press to make the coffee decaf. He indicated that there's a button to the bottom left of the screen that modifies the espresso shot to make it decaf. In total, that button along with another one need to be pressed in order for the machine to dispense decaffeinated espresso.

I sat and watched all the workers make my decaf for me. Harmanjot, consistently, never presses this button. And when she makes my coffee, I'm euphoric for the day and up all night. When I double check with her if the coffee is indeed decaf as she hands it to me, she says it is with a straight face. It’s a sign of a pathological lier. I do not know Harmanjot personally nor does she know me. I've never done anything to hurt her, and I don't understand why it's so easy for her to hurt me, and lie about it with a straight face. If she's done this to me, she's most likely done this to other people, in other ways, and probably also outside of her work at Tim Hortons.

I suspect that there's 1 more individual who did this as well, but only once, however, that other individual was unable to look me in the eye when they did this, and I was able to see the look of remorse on her face. I just dumped the coffee into the drain.

Is hurting other people funny to you, Harmanjot? do you enjoy it? You need to look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself a lot of questions, but I doubt you'll do this, and even if you did do this, I doubt anything will change. I doubt a person like you knows what empathy is, and I do not know how to empathize with you. You are what we call an anomaly. You break the algorithm of well meaning people such as myself.

I did not understand what drives people like these to do evil until my teammate posted a quote by the great philosopher Aristotle which said "Men become builders by building", in other words, we inductively infer that people become evil by doing evil and malice.

I'm on a mission to build a heaven on earth, free of evil and malice. I don't know yet what I'll be doing about people like Harmanjot, but humiliation and shaming is a place to start.
