“I’m posting specifically to complement a lady works behind counter at the Westdale Mall (Erindale Stn and Dundas, Mississauga) location. Her name is Azza. She is so sweet! I walked in to store after walking for 20 plus mins in the hot weather. She saw me saw me sweating and immediately offered a cup of cold ice water. I hadn’t even bought my coffee yet. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any cash on me to tip her - next time. You don’t find people too much anymore. Happy Canada Day!!“

“Honestly may be a little biased as this Tim Hortons is right beside me however a lot of the employees that work here have been working there long time and are always so nice especially this older Asian lady who’s the sweetest many times I have been short couple cents or dollar so and they let me off even several times over the last couple years I have went near closing time and got tons of items for free that were just going to be thrown out
Food is always good at Tim Hortons although everyone knows the quality definitely went down a bit but this Tims will make you forget that!“

“amazing people, i went by to get a drink for me and my sister and one of the workers for so nice and told me to take care, i came back the same day after like 30 mins and me and my sister both dropped our drinks since we were biking and we went back to probably get another drink, my sister went in and just asked for one both told them we dropped both. then the same worker made her another one then they asked if she wanted the other one too. they gave it to us and it was so nice and made our day since both our drinks already fell, amazing service and i hope you workers are same to everyone. “I order an ice Capp from this location through skip almost daily and I must say I will only order from this location. This is the only location that properly packs my drink to where I feel safe about drinking it and I know there is no possible way it could be tampered with bcuz of the proper way it’s packaged. “Welcome to the Clay Hill mcdonald's! Whether you are a student in the area or a worker, please drive safe and try to be polite to people you meet!

Recently this location was renovated, sadly they do not have one charger port for phones. I think it's kind of silly and appreciate the staff but come on!!

I think it is quite peculiar in 2025 to sit down in a fast food restaurant and not be able to plug in and charge your device. However yum yum McDonald's!

Either way don't steal hamburgers and try not to grimace just because you can't find a place to charge your phone. Get it grimace?! 😛🤗😇

Either way, try to drive safe but honestly this location could use with some garbage cans in the parking lot like they had 2 years ago! Just saying...

Please be safe and enjoy this place is open till I think 11:00 most nights. It's nice to get some fries, an ice cream or a coffee & take a walk in the nearby park!

My only concern is that the veggie wrap often has very little filling as compared to other locations , so it feels like I’m mostly eating the tortilla. “I would like to share my personal experience. The staff working at Tim Hortons were very professional and cooperative.

I live in Hamilton and came to Mississauga for a meeting, but I almost forgot about it. When I received a reminder, I realized that my laptop battery was about to die. I requested help from the staff to find a socket so I could charge my laptop and attend my meeting on time.

Although most of the sockets were not working, they quickly helped me find one that did. It truly saved my day.

I would especially like to thank Manpreet and Priya for their help at that time. I am writing this review because I did not get the chance to thank them properly then. I don’t know their full names, but I remember seeing “Manpreet” and “Priya” on their name tags.

“I came in at around 8:30pm on a weeknight and the store was quite quiet. I wasn't sure what to order so the staff there walked me through the menu and asked me questions like how hungry I was and my spice tolerance after which, they recommended to me the spicy habanero loaded chicken wrap. They didn't even have chicken at the moment so they let me know that it would be 3 minutes before my sandwich would be ready. In the meantime, they refilled my water bottle without question. They were a very friendly bunch. The sandwich was fantastic. It was fresh, hot and flavorful with just the right amount of spice for me at the moment. Highly recommend this space. By the way, all this goodness was happening while the young man who took my order was being trained by the more experienced staff member. Impressive.“

“Your regular Tim Horton's with drive-through. Service is usually good and staff friendly. It is not easy to go to the drive-through. It is one of the location with Esso gass station so you can treat your car and yourself at the same time.“

It’s not a full menu but if you are just in for some tea/coffee and or donuts, this might be your best option in location.
