“My experience here has been the best always but employee being disrespectful for the other employee because she’s little bit slow and on training doesn’t mean you have to push her away. It’s totally fine for trainers to be little bit slow and mindful and we need to respect that and understand but what the Indian employee did was very bad“

I am a regular customer at Tim Hortons located at 3650 Langstaff Road, Woodbridge, and I can honestly say this is the best Tim Hortons I have visited in Vaughan.
The customer service is always excellent, the staff are friendly and professional, and the food is consistently fresh. Whenever there is any issue or concern, it is handled quickly and professionally. The lady manager is outstanding—she is very kind, respectful, hardworking, and always makes sure customers are satisfied.
I have visited many Tim Hortons locations over the years, but this one stands out above the rest because of its great management, clean environment, fresh products, and exceptional customer service. The team works hard to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
