“I was being treated like a king when I went here for the first time. I ordered a plain croissant with a frozen lemonade and they made my order wrong but the person made sure I got my order correct and even offered a refund. His name was Seyar and he was a very kind gentleman and treated me with respect and kindness. He definitely deserves a raise the way he treated me for this small encounter made my whole day. He is a very charming person and I hope there’s more staff just like him!“

“The best experience that I ever had with any Tim Hortons. Gurlal, an employee, he was really excellent with his service and moreover the quality of the beverages was awesome. He served with the fresh Steep Tea and was really very quick. Being so busy, He handled both the front desk customers and the drive-thru very efficiently.
