“The Upper Avenue Road Tim Hortons is one of the most convenient, clean, and efficient Tim Hortons locations in Toronto. My son loves their pizza, and we often have early morning breakfast at this location. In the morning, side road parking is free, so there is no need to pay.“

“I really like this Tim Hortons off Sloane subway station. It has good seating space and nice cafe like vibe with large see through windows. It will be great if they kept the napkins handy in a dispenser instead of keeping them hidden in a drawer on their side so you dont have to ask for them.“

Every time I see her behind the counter, I brace myself. It’s like customer service completely vanishes. I’m a loyal guest, not a burden — I deserve to be treated with basic respect.

There was one time I ordered a brown sugar iced latte — a simple request. But the milk had the worst aftertaste, like it had turned. I politely told her, hoping for understanding, but instead? She called me stupid for just asking for a new one. Stupid.

This wasn’t a one-time thing. Every single encounter with Kamal has been the same: dismissive, careless, and just plain rude. It’s honestly disappointing to see someone like that representing a place I once loved so much.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for over 5 years. The staff are great—hardworking and patient, and they deserve 5 stars.

But the drive-thru is a big problem. It’s way too tight for larger vehicles, and despite renovations, nothing has been done to fix it. I’ve raised the issue many times, but no changes yet.

Probably just another “Thanks for letting us know” with no action.“

“The service is quick and staff are helpful, just need to disinfect the tables more frequently. The store space and seatings can improve. The air ventilation and ecstatic of the restaurant can be improved given Avenue Rd is a highly sought-after neighborhood! .
The associate are super pleasant and many acknowledge the customers by name or even remembering their regular order. They all deserve recognition for the customer service and positive rapport with customers. “I went on Saturday to order a hot chocolate and Tim Bits. The lady was standing there, greet me with smile. She was very good in a customer service. I forgot her name but when I asked she told me that she only works on weekend. I did not remember about my points she asked me scan Tim points me, that was a nice reminder.

“Although I had some issues with this location in the past that I felt the need to come on here to write a review in regards to the issues, since then the team here has worked to rectify the issues and since then this location has been on the ball. I dont expect to be served before anyone else and I believe in first come first serve so I understand it gets busy and if I need to wait a little to make sure the people ahead of me get their order first than that's the nature of the business I just dont want to wait longer than I need too.“

“An incredibly amazing celebration of the Harry Potter menu at Tim Hortons. This store is beautifully decorated with many great photo ops. I highly recommend especially if you are a #Potterhead.

The staff were very friendly, the washrooms were very clean. Although I was a bit upset the cute single donut box was out of stock, overall I had a great visit and made great memories.
