“I’ve been coming here since 2018 — this place used to feel like home. Every visit felt warm and welcoming… until Kamal started serving me. Her attitude? Cold. Her energy? Non-existent. Every time I see her behind the counter, I brace myself. It’s like customer service completely vanishes. I’m a loyal guest, not a burden — I deserve to be treated with basic respect.

There was one time I ordered a brown sugar iced latte — a simple request. But the milk had the worst aftertaste, like it had turned. I politely told her, hoping for understanding, but instead? She called me stupid for just asking for a new one. Stupid.

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for over 5 years. The staff are great—hardworking and patient, and they deserve 5 stars.

But the drive-thru is a big problem. It’s way too tight for larger vehicles, and despite renovations, nothing has been done to fix it. I’ve raised the issue many times, but no changes yet.

Probably just another “Thanks for letting us know” with no action.“

“The staff (Mila, Jasmine, their manager an the other ladies and gents that work at this location) work with a friendly smile each morning. They get my order right each time and make the experience enjoyable 5 stars to the team. The food is within the standards required by the Tim Hortons brand but, there is some limitations of selection due to location size - 4 stars. The atmosphere is good because of the team keeps the place clean, it is however a little challenged by uncontrollable factors by being connected to the TTC which limited my choice to - 4 stars. Overall I rate 4 stars due to the mentioned limitations but, would give the team 6 stars if I could.“

“I arrived at lunch hour & expected to see the store packed. The store setup needs rearrangement. The pickup counter is tiny so the overload of people waiting for their orders was blocking the order counters. Fortunately, there was no lineup to order but the lineup to receive your order was a different story. 1 of the staff assisting the main pickup counter staff seemed overwhelmed by the chaos & her interaction with her manager(?). My food was prepared quickly but I had to wait a lot longer just for the drink. When I sat down to eat, I noticed my order was made wrong. They were good about remaking it even though the error was with the person who input my order. I guess due to the loudness in the restaurant, she must've misheard my order.“

“The self service screens sold me diet coke and when I went to get it, they said they don't have it. They also said they can't give my money back. That was messed up. If you don't have all the products on the screen, disable the screen or be prepared to give refunds.The good people went above and beyond and got a diet coke from the subway downstairs.I think it is messed up that they had to do that because management don't let them do refunds.“

“I stopped in for breakfast at this Tim's recently when I was in the area. The restaurant was busy, lots of people seated, it was buzzing, unlike my local Tims. When I gave my breakfast order I was told they had run out of scrambled eggs, I was disappointed, my local would have left it at that, leaving me to find something else to order, but here that didn't happen. They quickly made up a new batch of scrambled eggs. I was more than happy, and the service and an atmosphere here proves just how much my local Tims is failing. I'll happily come back here and spend my hard earned money, these staff deserve to be kept in business.“

“The morning Store Manager today (2026.02.10) is an Amazing guy (I believe the name is is Salmaan). I had a mixed up order couple of days ago, and had communicated it to the staff. They replaced my steeped but I couldn't go to pick it up. But the Manager remembered (probably cz of my unique Steeped Tea Order) and after a week I went today. He remembered I did not pick my free steeped tea and he still replaced it for me. Small Gestures really matters and very less Tim Hortons do this.
This guys is just an amazing soul.
