“This is consistently the best Tim Hortons I've been to. Thankfully it's the closest. Significant lines in drive through but it moves quickly. Orders are prompt and they font skimp on things like cream cheese. Rose at the window is especially pleasant. 6 Star for her if that was possible.“

“This is the top location on Markham Road and I have been ordering from here for almost 10 years. There have been past issues (3-4 times) but upon making contact, they have been accommodating with a solution. Today my Latte was made perfectly and given to me at the drive-thru by an Asian lady with tattoo(s) on her arms. Thank you for making my Latte well, it is so important to those of us who really value our drinks, especially when they are well made!“

“I come to this location every day and they have fresh coffee. Customer service is so good. I love customer service from this location. Staff is so good so nice. I always come this location they know my order and they say good morning to me. Have a good day. They are so nice and their store is so clean. Their coffee product is so fresh. “Consistently bad. Very rude drive thru employee. Gotta wait at least 2-3 mins at the window to get your order. They seem to be understaffed, and stressed.

Edit: they have turned around their service, its much much better now.“

“This Tim Hortons is managed by local restaurant serving TD and other staff members located at 3500 Steeles. The staff is courteous and quick however at times the line up's can be very long. I try to get my coffee in the morning from outside coffee shops to avoid 15 to 20 minutes of wait time. They don't accept Tims gift cards and around lunch times the staffing is low on coffee side“

I stopped by this Tim Hortons and was really happy with how fast and friendly the staff were. The place was clean, and my coffee and food came out fresh. Perfect spot if you’re in the area and need a quick bite or drink. Open 24/7 too, which is super convenient. Definitely one of the better Tim’s I’ve been to!“

“Love this location. The staff is friendly and helpful, whether I walk in or go through drive-thru. The food and drinks always tastes good.

My only complaint is for Tim Hortons in general and not this location: go back to using real whipped cream instead of the gross vegetable oil-based one you've switched to. It's alarming to see that this whipped topping never truly melts...“

“This is easily one of the best Tim Hortons in Markham. I’ve noticed how well the place is managed. I have even seen the management team holding meetings and checking in regularly, which you don’t often see at other locations. The service is quick, the staff are polite, and everything is kept clean and organized. You can tell they really care about running things properly here. Furthermore, they have strawberry donuts and timbits all year around which makes this place even more unique. Highly recommend!“

I came again today at this store… i ordered my usual drinks and food before I go to work and they did an amazing job again… i love coming here… and for the guy who had a “BELT” situation.. you half right and wrong mister.. the “BELT” stand for “BACON, EGG, LETTUCE, & TOMATO” with a bagel base (according to google) but u missed one part from searching on google. It says “BACON (but staff may ask to confirm blag blah blah) so don’t blame them if they didnt know the google term I’m sure there manager told them the meaning. Search it again if you like and don’t put that “I’ve known the meaning of BELT for so many years” crap unless you’ve experience being a crew member of Tim Hortons… And you should be nice… they are working hard and lots of people are like you already so be nice.

I just bought 10 drinks from this location. I was worried that they would make a mistake or not follow my requests. However, I was surprised that the order taker took her time to listen well and follow my requests. She didn’t rush me or got upset with the amount of my order, which usually happens when I order in a different store. I’m so happy with the service, outcome and how my drinks turned out well. I would love to comeback here even for 1 drink. Great job!“
