“Went there on a weekday lunch, took longer than expected for the food to arrive but was 100% worth the wait

Got a shawarma platter and didn't thought chicken shawarma can be this juicy and not dry like other shawarma places around,
The different flavor sauces was like a cherry on top“

“My everyday go to place for lunch time. Amanda and Sofia are so kind, polite, and efficient. They make sure that customers are getting their coffee and meals done in time. Always with smile on their faces. And I love their good memory that now they just see my face and know my order. :)

“This location is exclusively for employees, making it a convenient spot to grab a quick bite before or after shifts, or during breaks.

The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring you're in and out in no time. The coffee is always fresh and perfectly brewed, and the food is equally impressive. Sandwiches and baked goods taste like they just came out of the oven.

It's clear the team here takes pride in their work and it shows.

“Every time I feel like having a coffee at Tim Hortons, I choose this location because of the amazing service from the staff—especially Dolly Sharma. She is incredibly sweet and polite, and every time I visit, she brightens my day by making such a great cup of coffee. I truly believe every Tim Hortons should have at least one employee like her.“

“Needed change for a small cash transaction at 6pm. Had a 50. Ordered food for $10. Not enough cash to make change. Cashier says she'll just get it from the other till. Older woman manager says curtly, they don't take 50's. Won't even make eye contact. For the record, I'm just an average guy. Don't look like I crawled out of a dumpster. Didn't raise my voice. Probably the rudest I've been treated since I can remember. The poor cashier was quite embarrassed. Pretty much sums up up why I don't go to Tim's much anymore. For many I suspect.“

“I went in 7am with my dad to this Tim Hortons, as he would have to do a CT scan next door later. I felt like this is a real Tim Hortons like 10-15 years ago... It was very clean and well organized. We saw young people were cleaning the tables, cleaning the glass doors to get ready to start the day, we went to washroom, that was clean and the floor was all mopped. People there were very friendly. We did not order breakfast menu so I can't say anything of that, but there are options to warm your muffins and have different spread you can put on too. They have self order machines that make it easier to see all different options.
Honestly we barely visit Tim Hortons now, as there are so many of them now are dirty and bad service. Really hope others can be like this one, to get the reputation back in Canada.“

“I place a large weekly order at this location where I’m able to call ahead and the staff have the order ready for me when I arrive. Everyone is so helpful, confirms my order is correct, helps me bring the food to my car, and is always friendly.“

“Had a great experience at Tim Hortons today! Belle at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly, patient, and made my morning so much better with her positive attitude and excellent customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers.
