I placed an online order thinking that i might have to collect it but the lady i don't know her name she was indian brought my food at my table with napkins as well!!! “This is probably one of my favourite Tim Hortons to visit. They’re super busy, but they’re very efficient at getting whatever you order to you quickly.

I especially like the young Filipino kid with the glasses. He made my iced cappuccino to perfection today. The other shorter Filipino kid is also amazing every time I get my him. Realistically, they’re all very friendly and provide excellent customer service every time I’m in there. Always having a good time with each other; genuinely happy to be there.

One of the supervisors/managers also helped me out with a discontinued item in the past, and even gave me a discount because I’m there so often. That makes me want to spend my money at this location.

“This location is inside Bridlewood Mall food court. It’s a very high traffic Tims smack in the middle of the food court. The line was only 3 people so I decided to quickly place a mobile order for 1 chocolate dip donut 🍩 because my sugar was dropping.
I stood at the counter waiting and watching 5 people place new orders at the counter and pick up their orders while still waiting for the 1 (one) donut and even when I was the only one remaining( still no one even asked what I was waiting for, checked the board for outstanding orders, or just looked at my mobile confirmation on my 📱. After 10 minutes and needing something quick; I interrupted one of the girls to ask her if I could just get the donut and leave. The receipt was still in front of me on the counter because she even asked while looking at it if it was only the one donut 😙🤨.

A little surprised why it took the order so long when there were 10 available ?

Perhaps the mobile order area is still being #tweaked I dunno 🤷🏼‍♀️“

“I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for 7+ years. The food service has declined, some of the employees are pretty rude and rush you. But other than that it is still good. There is one employee specifically, I’m pretty sure her name is Passma, that is absolutely amazing!! She is so kind, extremely friendly, always smiling & always provides amazing service! She is always there in the mornings around 9 -11am at the drive thru window. She deserves some type of recognition, she is an amazing employee.“
