“I’ve been visiting this Tim Hortons for several decades, and it has become much more than just a place to grab a coffee. It serves patients, families, visitors, volunteers, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals throughout the day. Opening as early as 5:00 a.m. and staying open until 11:00 p.m., it provides a valuable service to everyone who comes through the hospital.
One thing I especially appreciate is having a familiar place where patients and families can take a short break during what is often a stressful or emotional time. Sometimes a simple cup of coffee, a warm smile, or a kind conversation can mean more than we realize.
My only suggestion would be to continue emphasizing kindness and empathy in every customer interaction. This is not a typical Tim Hortons. Many customers may be dealing with illness, waiting for loved ones, or working long and demanding shifts. A little extra patience and compassion can truly brighten someone’s day.
Overall, I have had many positive experiences here over the years, and I appreciate having this Tim Hortons as part of the Centenary Hospital community. Keep up the great work!

“Great timmys location was busy but not packed. Walk in only no drive thru but all in all a great location. Staff was friendly and patient with our large 6 person order it was clean and a comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely go back if we've got the chance and are in the area again“

“I really enjoy coming to Tim Hortons, and my regular go-to is the French Vanilla. I’ve had it from this location many times, and it’s always been really good. The sweetness, creaminess, and overall flavor are exactly what I like.

However, during the morning rush, the experience can sometimes vary. While some team members work very hard and manage orders smoothly, a few others seem less engaged, which can slow things down when there’s a long line. With a little more coordination and consistency, this location could easily become one of the best in the area. Still, it’s a reliable place to grab your favorite Tims coffee or snack at almost any hour.“

“I've never done a review before, but people deserve to know about this location.
We live at Eglinton and Birchmount, but we make an effort to drive to this location because of the staff. Their customer service is better than any tim hortons we've been to. They have great standards, the Tim Hortons Standards. They always make it right, and they let us know ahead of time if there are items on the menu that they're unable to serve due to maintenance, out of stock, etc.
And even if it's another location that didn't make the drinks properly, they accommodate us and replace them for us.
It just makes me sad that they have to deal with customers who can't understand that they're doing their job and actually adhering to the standards that have been set by the Tim Hortons itself. Sometimes, we walk inside to order, and we see how some of these customers treat the staff. They don't know basic respect, and they don't have proper manners.
We were at the drive-thru yesterday, and this car ahead of us threw a compostable trash into the donation box. When the staff caught them, they didn't even apologize and just drove off. These people keep throwing their trash everywhere, just like what they do back home.
I feel bad for the staff of this location that has to deal with rude and ungrateful customers. Some of them don't even know how to say please and thank you.
To the staff, I hope you guys know that you are all doing a great job. It is not easy to work in a customer service-facing industry, but I admire and appreciate all of you for your hard work and dedication.

“This location is inside Bridlewood Mall food court. It’s a very high traffic Tims smack in the middle of the food court. The line was only 3 people so I decided to quickly place a mobile order for 1 chocolate dip donut 🍩 because my sugar was dropping.
I stood at the counter waiting and watching 5 people place new orders at the counter and pick up their orders while still waiting for the 1 (one) donut and even when I was the only one remaining( still no one even asked what I was waiting for, checked the board for outstanding orders, or just looked at my mobile confirmation on my 📱. After 10 minutes and needing something quick; I interrupted one of the girls to ask her if I could just get the donut and leave. The receipt was still in front of me on the counter because she even asked while looking at it if it was only the one donut 😙🤨.
A little surprised why it took the order so long when there were 10 available ?
Perhaps the mobile order area is still being #tweaked I dunno 🤷🏼♀️“

“I come to this Tim Hortons every morning before work. I am always greeted with a smile ( if they are not wearing masks ) from two of the works there FAITH and CECILA. These two lady’s run the online orders effortlessly. I have issues with ordering food in public and I have a big germ phobia and normally I do not eat outside of my house. But these two ladies understand me and my mornings have never been more enjoyable. The food at this location has also always been fresh and I have even ventured out and ordered food I would normally never try. This Tim Hortons inside the hospital was closed for a while and now I'm glad they are back open now. Very convenient way to get treats while we are waiting during our hospital visit.“

She’s always so nice and friendly, and she makes my drink perfectly every time. She’s always welcoming and has such a positive attitude. “I wanted to take a moment to recognize one staff member who has genuinely stood out to me on multiple visits. I believe her name is Lajanthy, based on the last time I noticed her name tag.
She is honestly one of the most kind, patient, and positive employees I have seen at a Tim Hortons. Every time I have been there, she carries herself with such a welcoming attitude, even when it gets busy or when customers take a little longer to decide what they want. She is especially patient with kids and customers who may be unsure, and she never makes anyone feel rushed or like they are being an inconvenience.
When the new Tim Hortons drink came out, I wanted to try it but had no idea what to ask for. Lajanthy was super reassuring, asked the right questions, and helped me choose something I would actually enjoy. She made the drink quickly, but it still came out really well made. It was not sloppy, rushed, or careless at all. You can tell she actually takes pride in doing her job properly.
I sometimes sit and work at the nearby tables, and whenever I glance over, she is always moving, helping customers, making drinks, and greeting people with genuine positivity. That kind of energy makes a huge difference in a place where people are often just stopping in quickly during a busy day. She helps make the environment feel warm, friendly, and welcoming.
Employees like Lajanthy are the reason customers remember a location and want to come back. She deserves serious recognition for the way she treats people and the consistency she brings to her work. Honestly, give her a raise!“

They gave me some great drink recommendations and, when they let me know they were out of the sandwich buns for my Turkey Club, they suggested getting it as a wrap instead. “The reps here were all so pleasant and friendly, especially after receiving such poor service next door at Wendy's. I order a cheese tea biscuit toasted with butter (not all Timmy's carry them), timbits and a large glass of ice water.
There are plenty of seats and the place was overall quite clean for how busy it is.
It's not far from the hospital (just a 3 minute walk).
I would definitely return to try one of their meals if in the area again.“
“I have worked at eglinton square mall for almost 20 yrs. I go to Timmies almost every day. Breakfast, sometimes lunch n sometimes after work snacks. The ladies in the mornings, at the front counter are so fast n efficient. Alysha and Rowena are so fast even with long line ups n i'm always amazed how they memorize most of the regulars orders n names. I love the Timmies team here! Alysha, Rowena, Ruche, Eva... there are others, apologies for not remembering the names, but this team is Amazing! The store is very clean.
