I ordered Tim’s catering from this location. Gladys was such a great help. I came in person to make the order and payment and she was very patient very friendly. Excellent customer service. She went through all the options for me and tried to make things as easy for me as possible. She cares about Customer satisfaction and does not flinch at a challenge. Stopped by around 12:00 AM midnight after a very long workday, and the experience was genuinely soothing. The female employee serving at the counter was smiling the entire time and had such a positive, welcoming attitude.
