A big thank you to Darren for being so kind and helpful to my brother and me during our visit back in September . He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of, and his patience and friendly attitude really stood out.
Sometimes a small act of kindness can make someone’s day, and Darren definitely did that for us. I hope his manager and the Tim Hortons team know what a wonderful employee they have!

One of my favorite Tims. I've found their coffee to be always fresh and plenty of bakery options. They have a large team who are quick and usually don't make mistakes. I also love the seating arrangement, they have multiple seating options from sofas, sungle high chairs, and standard duo-tables. Also, plenty of natural lights and the view is not blocked by tall buildings nearby. It's close to bus stops and there a Wendy adjacent. A very good place to chill, work, and hang out...read full review

Tim Hortons is a popular spot in Scarborough, known for its cleanliness and efficiency despite being a high-traffic location. The staff are friendly and attentive, with a focus on customer service and presentation. The cleaning crew is particularly diligent, ensuring the interior and exterior areas, including the parking lot, are always tidy. The environment in this place is very nice, making it a great spot for group meetings, studying, or simply people-watching. The staff are kind and helpful, and the service is generally good, though the line can be long at times. Customers can enjoy their favorite coffee and food in a comfortable atmosphere. The staff are pretty friendly and fairly quick as it is a very busy location. The bathrooms are typically clean and tea was hot as well as them listening and only putting in very little ice into strawberry lemonade ice quencher. However, one customer reported an experience with a staff member manning the make table who was rude and unprofessional.
