Went in for a tea, muffin and washroom break. The appearance of the washroom was dirty and unsanitary. However, continued to get my tea and muffin. The eatery/ sitdown area was dirty and untidy. The cashier was very friendly but had chipped nail polish on. I chose to purchase a tea only as ALL the staff was not wearing hair nets. Service at this location is hit and miss. They focus too much on drive thru. The other day there was at least 10 people working, yet they couldn't keep one person on cash, they would take the order, then fill it.

The store is run down, missing/ broken tiles, 90s deco, but the service is top notch for a Tim Hortons. Staff was friendly and fast. I enjoyed my coffee with an extra espresso shot and will be back.
