Very unsatisfactory service. Made us wait for so long in cold and said the latte machine is not working. The staff could have let us know instead of serving other customers and making us wait outside in the cold. And it shows that this location is open 24 hours but it is just the drive thru. And they shouldn’t have taken our orders in the first place if they were going to serve us like that.

The store is run down, missing/ broken tiles, 90s deco, but the service is top notch for a Tim Hortons. Staff was friendly and fast. I enjoyed my coffee with an extra espresso shot and will be back.

I like the service here.I would like to work with tim Hortons.
Went in for a tea, muffin and washroom break. The appearance of the washroom was dirty and unsanitary. However, continued to get my tea and muffin. The eatery/ sitdown area was dirty and untidy. The cashier was very friendly but had chipped nail polish on. I chose to purchase a tea only as ALL the staff was not wearing hair nets. Customers were waiting for orders and we're questioning where the orders were. Wat I observed the sandwich maker was putting the orders up but was not calling the order out.Sloppy for sure, the supervisor needs to definitely pay attention to these things and HAIRNETS are a MUST working in the food industry .Nail polish needs to be addressed as well.

Service at this location is hit and miss. They focus too much on drive thru. The other day there was at least 10 people working, yet they couldn't keep one person on cash, they would take the order, then fill it.

I have found all the staff at this Tim's to be super friendly as I arrive daily for my cappuccino! They are super efficient and recognize me as soon as they hear my voice on the drive thru. Staff seem to stay which is a great sign. SP the manager is wonderful and I look forward daily to pulling up to the window to see their smiles and greeting the team that have become 'my friends'!

Laziest and most unorganized bunch of staff. No one at cash when we got there, lots of yelling and tried serving food that fell on the floor. If me or my partner get sick we will suing the pants off this place. Don't go here.
