Best Fish & Chips this side of the Atlantic
I have been going to Duckworth’s Fish and Chips for almost 30 years and it always a great experience! The fish and chips are delicious and the staff, many of whom have also been working there for a number of years, are also amazing! If you are in the Scarborough area, I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious meal! You won’t be disappointed!

Duckworth's Fish and Chips offers tasty and fresh fish, such as halibut and cod, served with chips. The service is friendly and quick, with a casual family atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and competitive. The generous portions feature light & crispy batter and thick, perfectly fried fries. The menu is simple and uncluttered with excellent choices, and the decor has stayed the same for years. This great generational family business has remained the go-to spot in the GTA since the 1950's. While parking can be challenging, the food's quality makes up for it. However, wheelchair accessibility may be difficult. Located in a small plaza with various stores, Duckworth's Fish and Chips is a no-nonsense restaurant that sticks to its model of great food at good value. The staff are all so friendly, and the food is impressively fast, fresh, light, and delicious. A nice spot for quality fish and chips.
