I visit this location frequently and every time I receive wrong order, and today when I politely brought it to the attention of the staff, I was met with dismissiveness and rudeness. Instead of apologizing and rectifying the mistake, the staff member seemed inconvenienced by my request for a correction. Extremely bad experience.. staff is very arrogant every time they just disappointAnd when ever you ask them receipt so we call fill out survey they don’t give the receipt they provide a guest copy so they no one can complain for them.But Tim should take care of the matter as it’s on there goodwillNever go this place

Went at 7:30pm; unfriendly staff, minimal food selections available, coffee was overheld and not fresh. Zero knowledge on new Toronto bylaw regarding paper elimination. All bakery was piled on one tray - Bagels, biscuits and danishes all piled up. Staff more focused on going home versus looking g after guests. You would think with the McDonalds beside them now then closed - they would up their game operationally to capture those extra guests
