Ordered a farmer's breakfast wrap with a double double ended up having to wait 15+ minutes due to some issue with another customer's order. Food was very unappetizing and ended up getting the stomach flu. Avoid this location at all costs.

This is the Tim’s cedeabrea mall. The staff very rude and as a customer service they don’t ask weather a bagel should be cut & if you think that if should be cut that is not going to happen.When you ask to be cut they are rude and make it a big issue too.I will never recommend anyone to that place Tim’s.

So bad customer service i reached there at 5.50 pm and asked lady if i can order but she mentioned they are closed, upon asking when they are going to close, she said at 6, i told her there are still 10 mins you can take my order, but she refused and didnot reply, please reach out to your employees and tell them how to put customer on first priority and behave with customerzero sense at all

Went at 7:30pm; unfriendly staff, minimal food selections available, coffee was overheld and not fresh. Zero knowledge on new Toronto bylaw regarding paper elimination. All bakery was piled on one tray - Bagels, biscuits and danishes all piled up. Staff more focused on going home versus looking g after guests. You would think with the McDonalds beside them now then closed - they would up their game operationally to capture those extra guests

I visit this location frequently and every time I receive wrong order, and today when I politely brought it to the attention of the staff, I was met with dismissiveness and rudeness. Instead of apologizing and rectifying the mistake, the staff member seemed inconvenienced by my request for a correction. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service at this Tim Hortons location. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and courtesy from a renowned chain. I hope that management takes steps to address these issues and improve the customer experience in the future. Management should hire the new staff for this location.
