“August 18, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Following my doctor's appointment, I made a stop at Tim Hortons for my morning coffee. This particular branch offered both a drive-through and walk-in option, and on this occasion, I chose to walk in. As there were no other customers present, I was promptly attended to upon entering. The staff greeted me, but that marked the extent of our interaction. My order was taken efficiently but with no further conversation as I prompted for points and type of payment, not even a "have a nice day" at the end. Notably, this establishment is exceptionally well-maintained in terms of cleanliness. My coffee was prepared to perfection, which is not always the case at other Tim Hortons locations where sometimes my orders arrive unstirred or not as requested. However, today's experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and I relished every sip of my coffee.Parking: Accessibility parking is available along with accessibility access to enter coffee shop.“
“Good service. They made a good ice capp which has been hard to get from other Timmies lately. Also my breakfast sandwich had steam coming from it which was great. Other Timmies its usually cold. :)The girl working there was very nice! It was just her though and the line can sometimes get long.“
“I visited this place sunday morning feb 11 for picking up the uber eats order. The manager in the morning shift is really professional and welcoming. She treated me very politely and ask me if I want to order anything other then my pickup. Honestly this store should be the training store for others. Great guest experience ?“
“Came to this Tim Hortons for a quick drink and snack ... while some staff were rude and made inappropriate gestures because I took long to place my order...Darsh was an absolute breath of fresh air. His service was warm and welcoming. A smile never left his face the entire time. He made the most delicious candy cane hot chocolate...as a mocha at my special request and did so without hesitation or attitude. The rest of the staff on duty that day could take a page out of Darsh's customer service manual. He saved my opinion of this location and I will come back. Great service!“
“This is my regular Tim's. I see lots of poor reviews for other Tim's for poor service and wrong orders; the location closest to me is like that so I go the extra distance to come to this location. This location hasn't let me down“
“Service is great, small place, same food as all others Tim Horton's places. Little hard to go at the drivethru, but overall a nice place to pass by, refuel, get a coffee refill, and move on with your day. Not a hanging out place. Cheers.“
“I AM AMAZED WITH THIS LOCATION! I drive a lot and am always all over Ontario, so I am very familiar with Tim's. I have never. EVER. Seen such a well oiled machine at all, let alone one that still provides fantastic customer service and great quality food/drink! I pulled in at 9:55am with 6 cars ahead of me. I pulled out at 9:57 with a medium double double and a TOASTED bagel BELT. The coffee was perfect, and the bagel was assembled and toasted beautifully and not sloppy at all. Not to mention when I pulled up to pay, the two women standing there were so friendly and when they noticed I almost dropped my coffee bringing it through the window, didn't break stride and gave me napkins+told me to drive safe. These women are ANGELS and I could tell how hard they work to keep this busy location moving efficiently. 10000/10. I work close by and usually avoid drive thrus when I can, I will be coming back asap.“

I've had some experiences in the past with the employees but since giving them my 2 cents, I've never had the same issue repeat itself. They know my face and always give great customer service every time I go, which I why I am giving 5 stars.Parking: Parking is not necessary, but there are a few spots. Also, they never mess-up my order, and if there is an issue, the manager always steps in immediately to rectify the problem. Cheers to friendly and polite staff and to diversity. “Excellent Timmy's.....we love getting our coffee, tea, donuts, bagels, croissants at this location. My favorite donut is toasted coconut and they are always available here.They do run out of donuts and bagels late at night. It's not a 24hr location.Helpful staff...young people working here are very polite.Keep the great service going..Thank you.“
“Let me honest the best thing at Tim Hortons anymore are their breakfast sandwiches. Visited every location in Southern Ontario a few times and it's all gone downhill. This perhaps remains one of the few decent locations. Do not order anything else besides the morning food items, no drinks either. Visit another shop if you want better caffeine beverages. The owner has hired more Canadian born workers than other places. This has led to better food quality since migrant employees have always rushed me in service.“
