“Most mornings I visit the drive thru with my co worker and we pick up multiple mobile orders. Ang and Billy are the most cheerful and friendly with us. They handle the orders efficiently and always with a smile and friendly conversation. This makes the morning coffee run, run smoothly.“

“It's the only branch that can understand what you ordered 😂unfortunately they don't have it .I ordered potatoe edges they didn't have it.I ordered crispy chicken or crispy Turkey sandwiches and the same they didn't have them too. It's place is so useful after a long distance you can't find anything in the road side drive from Montreal to Toronto.“

“I had the pleasure of being served by a highly capable and exeptional cashier. Her name was Aisha.

While taking my order, I requested a small cup with ice. Aisha, did not just put the ice inside the cup. She personalized the service by asking me if I wanted the cup to be filled up or if I need it with less than half. She even asked if a lid was needed to cover the cup.

I shop at this location because the service is great. Manager, Louise is extremely professional. I believe Aisha's service delivery reflects the kind of culture that she promotes there. I remember that about 2 months ago, after placing my order the store realized that an item was just finished. Instead of refunding, manager Louise called up another store within relative proximity to have them serve me the item just to ensure that I got everything I wanted.

THIS KIND OF SERVICE DELIVERY CANNOT BE PAID FOR.

“A variety of sandwiches, beverages and donuts were provided from this location for our recent bridge tournament. Although I didn’t eat every type of sandwich the vegetarian one was outstanding full of flavour and very fresh baked bun. The quality and freshness of all the baked goods provided were excellent. “I came in with my driver trainer Brent. He come here quite often and knows most of the staff. It was amazing to see the lady at the counter knew his entire order and had it in the system ready to pay! That attention to detail is amazing. To see her also know others made it feel less like a chain and more like a small mom and pop shop. “I would love to recognize Jen, who is almost always working the drive-through around 8:30 a.m. at the Tim Hortons located at 1 Paisley Ct in Whitby. She truly makes our mornings better.

Jen speaks clearly over the microphone, is always polite, helpful, and genuinely kind. Her positive attitude and lovely demeanor set the tone for our day. We probably pass at least 15 Tim Hortons on our way to work, but we always choose this location because of her and how efficient the service is during the morning rush.

Jen is a wonderful example of what front-line staff interacting with the public should be. We truly appreciate the calm, friendly, and polite voice she brings to our mornings.

“I had an amazing experience here. I was never going to have expectations from any Tim Hortons of good customer service, but Ridhi who works at this location was absolutely amazing to deal with. Extremely polite and I had to tell her it’s amazing to see that. She proceeded to say , “ you’ve been waiting in line for so long , you should get taken care of well”. It’s just coffee in the end I get it, but it does matter. Great job!“
