Tim Hortons in Whitby

“I usually stop at this Tim's when I'm in the area but today I ended up stopping at one on the west side of Whitby because my little one was promised a treat and it was closer. Anyhow my drink was terrible from that location but I didn't realize until I was almost to this location. I pulled in to ask if there was anything they could do to help me( fully expecting a no) & was met with kindness and understanding and they replaced my drink. I was super grateful!!

“I had the pleasure of being served by a highly capable and exeptional cashier. Her name was Aisha.

While taking my order, I requested a small cup with ice. Aisha, did not just put the ice inside the cup. She personalized the service by asking me if I wanted the cup to be filled up or if I need it with less than half. She even asked if a lid was needed to cover the cup.

I shop at this location because the service is great. Manager, Louise is extremely professional. I believe Aisha's service delivery reflects the kind of culture that she promotes there. I remember that about 2 months ago, after placing my order the store realized that an item was just finished. Instead of refunding, manager Louise called up another store within relative proximity to have them serve me the item just to ensure that I got everything I wanted.

THIS KIND OF SERVICE DELIVERY CANNOT BE PAID FOR.

“I had a lovely experience at this location. Quick service, quick response time and the cashier who served me Mala, was excellent. Took my order with a smile and great attitude. Efficiently got my order ready and was out the door in five minutes! 10/10 service“

“A variety of sandwiches, beverages and donuts were provided from this location for our recent bridge tournament. Although I didn’t eat every type of sandwich the vegetarian one was outstanding full of flavour and very fresh baked bun. The quality and freshness of all the baked goods provided were excellent. Thanks to the staff for their efforts in preparing this large order in a timely manner.“

“I came in with my driver trainer Brent. He come here quite often and knows most of the staff. It was amazing to see the lady at the counter knew his entire order and had it in the system ready to pay! That attention to detail is amazing. To see her also know others made it feel less like a chain and more like a small mom and pop shop. I’m sorry I don’t know her name as it was my first time but her and her morning staff definitely are special people and deserve recognition for the care they take with customers!“

“Honestly I don’t usually review but had to share this experience the best quick-service experiences I’ve had in a while. The coffee was so fresh, hot, and perfectly brewed — exactly what I needed to start my day right.
I had a bunch of food order which came out fast in less than a minute and tasted great, the hash browns were crispy on the outside and soft inside. Everything was made with care and served with a smile by the friendly staff.
The store was extremely clean, well-organized, and had a cozy atmosphere The team were very efficient, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
This Tim Hortons won my heart with quality and great value. I’ll definitely be back soon.

“Great spot for a quick coffee and snack .The staff were friendly and the service was fast, even during a busy time. My coffee was fresh and the donuts tasted great. The place was clean and comfortable to sit in for a bit. Definitely a reliable stop when you need quick caffeine boost.“

“The service that I got in the drive-through from Dhvanit, Chetan and Naveen was exceptional. They were so kind and provided amazing customer service. I go through the drive-through every day and never has anyone asked me if I want to scan my points or if I want a straw, but they did. they did not make me feel rushed at all they need to raise.“

Jen speaks clearly over the microphone, is always polite, helpful, and genuinely kind. Her positive attitude and lovely demeanor set the tone for our day. We probably pass at least 15 Tim Hortons on our way to work, but we always choose this location because of her and how efficient the service is during the morning rush.

“I had an amazing experience here. I was never going to have expectations from any Tim Hortons of good customer service, but Ridhi who works at this location was absolutely amazing to deal with. Extremely polite and I had to tell her it’s amazing to see that. She proceeded to say , “ you’ve been waiting in line for so long , you should get taken care of well”. It’s just coffee in the end I get it, but it does matter. Great job!“
