Asked for hot chocolate x2 they were like water with tiny bit of chocolate, I went back asked them to add chocolate powder, they took the cups made me wait for 12 minutes, gave me the 2 cups back taste the exact same, so
Tim Hortons Coffee gives McDonald's a run for the money, but I understand the English much better at McDonalds drivethrough.. usually. The worst English was at Taunton and Brock Street Drivethrough in Whitby. He spoke so fast too in broken English and was so angry I could not understand. He shoved the coffee in my hand spilling it on his and my hands both. Please replace employees like him who are a complete waste of space working in a Tim Hortons.
