“I visited this Tim Hortons this morning and had such a wonderful experience. I was greeted by a very kind, friendly, and welcoming staff member named NAZI .
I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted for breakfast, but she patiently asked about my preferences and recommended something that turned out to be a great choice. I really appreciated her positive attitude, patience, and excellent customer service.
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Nazi and thank her for making my morning a little better. Service like this truly makes a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back and will try to make this location my regular breakfast stop!

“This Tim hortons the staff is very nice and friendly, good communication, clean atmosphere, the food and coffee and their Ice cap and muffins are very delicious and the food is excellent and clean. Their washroom is very clean. “I was there yesterday for the first time, and it is one of the best locations I have ever been to. As soon as I entered, one of the staff members, her name was Arezo (or Arze) came to me right away. She patiently took my order, and since I have a hearing problem, she repeated it loudly and clearly for me. She also kindly suggested an egg tart, which I had never had before, and it was absolutely delicious! At the end, she asked me to take a seat and personally brought my order to my table.

“I had an amazing experience at Tim Hortons today, especially after having a really difficult day at work.

I stopped by for what I thought would be a simple coffee. There seemed to be a new team member who was still learning how to take and enter orders, and I could see she was having a little difficulty. A gentleman from the team noticed and stepped in to help her. He then looked at me, smiled, and asked if I would like anything to eat as well. He took a moment to ask how I was doing, almost as if he could tell I wasn’t having the best day.

I told him I just wanted a coffee, and he prepared it quickly and served it with such a positive and welcoming attitude. It was only a minute or two of interaction, but that little bit of kindness and positive energy genuinely made a difference to me. I left feeling a little better and more motivated than when I walked in.

I believe his name was Rakshak, if I remember correctly. People like him are a great example of how small gestures and good energy can completely change someone’s day.

“Tim Hortons at this location was a great stop when I visited in the middle of winter, with a lot of snow outside. Service was good both at the drive thru and inside the store. The place was clean and well maintained, including the washrooms, which is always appreciated.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt smooth and efficient despite the weather. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stop during winter conditions. Definitely a good location to visit.

“The service here is exceptional. They are very fast and hard working, especially given the volume of customers. Unfortunately, this Tims loses a star since the atmosphere at hillcrest mall is a zoo, crowded, and lacks common courtesy from entitled customers.“

“Went for a late night coffee and some oatmeal raisin cookies yesterday. The man at the drive thru was sweet and you can tell he was exhausted but somehow he was able to muster up a few words anyway. Worker at Tim Hortons definitely don’t get paid nearly enough to put up with customer BS. I mean, just look at the reviews in this comment section and the degree of entitlement. Anyway, just wanted to leave a review to the older gentleman that served me my oatmeal cookies and small medium double double, they were delicious and I hope they give you a raise!“
