“I was there yesterday for the first time, and it is one of the best locations I have ever been to. As soon as I entered, one of the staff members, her name was Arezo (or Arze) came to me right away. She patiently took my order, and since I have a hearing problem, she repeated it loudly and clearly for me. She also kindly suggested an egg tart, which I had never had before, and it was absolutely delicious! At the end, she asked me to take a seat and personally brought my order to my table.

The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to stop by. I also tried the new Blackberry Yuzu Poppin’ Drink, and it was so yummy and refreshing. Definitely worth trying! “I came in to this location the morning of Aug 22 around 6:30. In all honesty I’ve stopped buying coffee from Tim’s because no one seems to make it right. This morning I was pleasantly surprised when at the last moment I decided to try again. Whoever was at the front counter, I didn’t catch her name, made me the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. “I come to this Tim Hortons almost every day and recently noticed a new guy named Nish (think he’s a supervisor). He’s honestly the best — super friendly, always smiling, and gives amazing service every time. You can tell he really cares about the customers. Love seeing positive people like him around, makes my daily coffee stop even better!“

“An online order that bothers me. In the Order Confirmation; item amount is $5.29 while the Subtotal is $5.49. $5.49 is the standard Framer's Breakfast Wrap. Price goes down $0.20 without Cheese...But the Subtotal goes back to $5.49. Where is the $0.20 coming from? Is it an app error or what? Examine the receipt carefully.“

“Tim Hortons at this location was a great stop when I visited in the middle of winter, with a lot of snow outside. Service was good both at the drive thru and inside the store. The place was clean and well maintained, including the washrooms, which is always appreciated.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt smooth and efficient despite the weather. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stop during winter conditions. Definitely a good location to visit.

“I have recently visited this Tim Hortons and noticed that their Donuts are looking great and more appetizing than usual. I really appreciate the new baker that they have added to their team and want to say thank you to him and ask him to keep it up! I enjoyed the fresh coffee that they served and their service . I never thought that a small place like this could improve and offer such good quality products & services.“

“Don’t usually review Tims but received my items quickly despite the fact that there’s only one worker working right now(both in store and drive-thru)! She also gave great service… didn’t have a name tag though but she mentioned she’s working till 12am today“

“This Tim Hortons is a handy spot if you’re at Hillcrest Mall and need a quick coffee or snack. It’s right inside the mall, near the entrance, so it’s easy to get to whether you’re doing errands or just hanging out.

One nice bonus is that parking at Hillcrest is totally free, and there’s usually plenty of it—even on weekends. That makes popping in for a coffee super convenient, especially if you’re not planning to stay at the mall long.

The Tim’s itself is pretty standard—coffee, donuts, sandwiches—all the usual favorites. The line can get a bit long during peak hours, and the service can feel rushed or a little disorganized at times. I’ve had the occasional wrong order, but nothing that wasn’t fixable.

It’s more of a grab-and-go kind of spot, especially when it’s busy. However, there is plenty of seats in the food court area. If you’re looking for a quick caffeine fix while shopping or before heading out, it does the trick.“

“Every time I come to order my usual, the staff are on it! They’re professional, quick and efficient with the orders. The coffees are always hot, breakfast sandwich is always fresh and I always get a warm welcome via drive thru! You won’t be disappointed!“

“Went for a late night coffee and some oatmeal raisin cookies yesterday. The man at the drive thru was sweet and you can tell he was exhausted but somehow he was able to muster up a few words anyway. Worker at Tim Hortons definitely don’t get paid nearly enough to put up with customer BS. I mean, just look at the reviews in this comment section and the degree of entitlement. Anyway, just wanted to leave a review to the older gentleman that served me my oatmeal cookies and small medium double double, they were delicious and I hope they give you a raise!“

“My family and I came here for dinner and we ordered a crispy chicken sandwhich, potato wedges, a chicken parmesean pizza, iced capps, crossiants, timbits, and many more delicacies with Sagal serving us quickly and kindly. We really enjoyed her service and she is a wonderful employee, we will definitely come back to this location because of her. Thank you very much Sagal! :)“
