Unfortunately, when I come here early in the morning to get coffee and a bagel, there are a bunch of people who work here who tell me that the Toaster is broken, even though I can see from the window that the poster is completely correct and has It works.
Except for one of the shift managers, who is an elderly and kind lady, the rest of the shifts tell me the same thing.

Get orders wrong everytime
This is actually a positive comment! I am a longtime very frequent customer, the service and amazing coffee I got today was certainly noteworthy and needs some acknowledgement. Drive-thru at Elgin Mills and Yonge. I ordered a cafe mocha -more coffee than chocolate. Let me tell you, it was spot on for a fussy order.
Big shout out to the young man, Friday morning shift, who took my order without rushing, and whoever made it and listened.
