Great service
Confusing Order Experience and Unhelpful Staff
I placed a mobile order for a French Vanilla Cappuccino Home Mix Pack at around 9:00 a.m. on August 8. When I arrived at the store, the experience became unnecessarily confusing and frustrating.
At first, an employee asked me to wait and then asked me to show a screenshot of my order which i showed them.
