“By far the best service at Tim's i've had in a long time. I came with my friends from Montreal city and the cashier lady greatest us with a warming smile. I wasn't sure what to order but with her help - if you're reading this thank you so much for your patience - I went with Breakfast BLT with turkey instead of bacon and it was AMAZING!!! We talked a bit and she sounds like the sweetest lady ever. I forgot to ask your name but you and your team rock 💗“

“Really disappointed with the service. The employee named Anjali confirmed my order twice — once at the drive-thru and again at the payment window — yet we still received the wrong order.
When I went inside to explain the issue, instead of apologizing and fixing the mistake, she started arguing with me. Very unprofessional behavior and a frustrating experience overall. I wish there was an option to give zero stars.“

“Me nd friends went there on Saturday morning around 9:45, even they are seems less staff and super busy for drive through but the service they provide us was outstanding, while we are placing the order the another worker might her name Anu , got everything ready for us . Service was super fast and great thankful for the perfectionism in everything .“
