“I do visit this particular store every day. Like literally.
Reason you ask, one because it is close to my workplace. And the other is, the staff here is too polite and almost every order i get is way too fast.
Been to many tims around but this one is my fev. Huge shoutout to Maulika, Cerelyn, Pawal, and Yash. They work real hard and fast!!

“The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Some know my order by heart and will ask “The usual?”, which is a great testament to their attention to detail and customer service. They even know their regulars by name and shout, “Hi Bill!”, like an episode of Cheers. This is definitely one of the best Tim’s locations (based on customer service) that I frequent and will be sad if I should ever move out of the neighborhood.“

“Best experience every time! The assistant manager Ritika treats every customer like family and always greets everyone with kindness and respect. Even near closing time, she still made fresh food and fresh cofffee for us without making us feel rushed. She is hardworking, caring, and amazing with her staff. You can tell she truly loves what she does. This place feels warm and welcoming because of her.“

“I went there today in the afternoon and it was so busy but the staff was so good. When I ordered they were patiently taking my order it was huge but at last I got all the items and everything was so good. I recommend everyone to go there and get good food and customer service.“

I thought I ordered iced latte but actually I said chai latte (maybe I was so tired lol). The lady who received my order even double checked my order and I said that’s correct.
