“2026 Sept. - Uber Eats App complaint... I ordered on Uber Eats, a Tim Horton meal for two with coffees, the coffees arrived black. I was surprised that cream/milk and sugar weren't included in the bag.

Because when I ordered on the app, I saw no place where I could type in or add what type of coffee I wanted, which was Double-Double, so I assumed cream or milk and sugar would be added on the side. They were not. We threw the coffees out. Very disappointing.

Please note the food from this Tim Horton was delicious and order was otherwise perfect. Thank you.

I come here often for my coffee and sometimes lunch. Everytime, I come I always so happy when I see the staff smile at me and they know my order!! 🥰 They always make it how I like it! They are so kind and fast to give me my coffee!! 😄👌

I usually get some hot coffee or French vanilla but I was feeling get a cold drink because today was starting to get warmer weather.

Today, I got the large size mocha ice coffee with Protein milks, no cream, extra chocolate syrup and NO ICE .

And I got a Boston Cream doughnut!! 🍩 It was only $1 for any doughnut because I got offer on my Tim app. I like this app because I can get good cheap deals on some food and drinks.

I for sure will be coming again, to get my coffee fix as always and maybe trying some flatbread pizza or supreme stack, they looking so good! 🤤“
