They even know their regulars by name and shout, “Hi Bill!”, like an episode of Cheers. This is definitely one of the best Tim’s locations (based on customer service) that I frequent and will be sad if I should ever move out of the neighborhood.“

“Nice place with a great location. Although the space is small, the service is quick and the environment is not overly busy, which makes for a pleasant visit. The only minor challenge was the time limit of approximately 20 minutes per visit, as guests are asked to leave space for the next customer. However, I want to highlight a concern regarding one employee named Ritu. Unfortunately, my experience with her has consistently been negative. The way she manages the store feels unprofessional, and her attitude is often unwelcoming. Every time I visit when she is working, she doesn’t even greet customers, which makes the environment uncomfortable. Because of this, I sometimes leave without ordering when I see her on shift.
I really wish to bring this to the attention of the store owner or management, as this issue affects the overall customer experience. I want to be clear that this feedback is not for the entire team, as the rest of the staff work very hard and provide great service.“

“Yesterday I went to Tim Hortons to order just a cup of milk. There were two employees in the store. One was an Asian/Punjabi guy who served me, and the other was a white guy.

They told me that plain milk was not available as a separate item on the menu. However, the Asian/Punjabi employee kindly suggested that he could charge it as a chai latte (which costs $4.59) but give me just the milk, since that was what I wanted.

I really appreciated his effort to help me. However, the other employee did not agree with this and they had a short argument about it.

Overall, I was very happy with the customer service provided by the Asian/Punjabi employee. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me.“

there have been a few times where something wasn’t right or not up to par, but every time i’ve brought it up politely they’ve been extremely quick to fix it and very apologetic, which i really appreciate. they even recognize me by name now, which says a lot.

Until here I have no complaint but the “guy” who made my coffee put it and pushed it towards me which was a sign of disrespect, anger (for whatever reason) and it also showed his unprofessionalism. This one was so decent - friendly staff, clean, really tasty steak sandwich thing, fresh boston cream, no weirdos anywhere and, best of all, had a dog in the corner. Great place! “Sign taped to door to get to washrooms said "Out of Service," around 4:00 p.m. upon arrival at this coffee & tea bar/sandwich/donut shop restaurant, but both male & female washrooms actually were operating, no problem -- a customer was buzzed in & used at least the female washroom, by a request of counter staff then, early eve. Towards end of evening (10:00 p.m.,11:00 p.m.?) staff first said "the washroom" (both M & F rooms?) was "out of service," but it was pointed out that in spite of the sign taped to the outer door, one of the ppl in the party was buzzed in earlier in the evening, & the toilet (F) was fully operational then (& the room was also clean). After speaking to a cleaner, male, mopping the floor at end of the eve, twice, & pressuring counter staff (1 woman), twice, the counter staff woman finally let 2 customers into both the M and F washrooms, when it was pointed out that at least the female washroom was fully operationsl earlier in eve. (No other customers went into the washrooms all eve.) (The printed Out of Service sheet of paper sign taped to the outer door to the washrooms appeared to be quite an old sign, as well. How long has it been there, obviously discouraging use of these two fully operational (& clean & fully stocked with T.P.) inner washrooms???)(?) As an operational sit-down restaurant they LEGALLY have to provide a washroom, even if in some cases would be only 1 unisex washroom -- and they have 2, operational, M & F toilet rooms avail. So WTH???“

I went back inside to buy a replacement and explained what happened. The gentleman behind the counter was so kind—he insisted on giving me the second coffee for free.
